You drive for miles through the dark and past lonely farms and suddenly this car park appears - full to the brim. As they say, where the fox and the hare say good night, you find this beautiful, tastefully furnished pub. Almost full to the brim. It must be good. Although the room is very large, the wooden screens does not make you feel lost. The service is highly professional, fast and very friendly. The portions are plentiful and nicely presented. I enjoyed a trio of game (farm), with venison, deer and wild boar. The venison was super tender. The only thing that bothered me was the bacon around the wild boar... I always find it a pity when the flavour of the actual meat is completely pushed into the background. I know many people love it, that bacon stuff, but you don't need to hunt game for that. But just détail, complaining at a high level. The mood in the room was cheerfully contented. So...

Ein wahres Gastro Highlight! Hier stimmt wirklich alles. Die Speisen kommen sehr schön angerichtet. Gault Millau würdig. Geschmacklich gesehen auch top. Hatte den Fitnessteller mit dem Cordon Bleu. Das Cordon Bleu hat eine schöne Grösse, das Fleisch nicht zu Tode geklopft und optimal mit Käse in Geschmack und Menge ergänzt. Der Teller wurde mit frischen Obst garniert und zeigt das die Küche stolz auf ihren Beruf sind. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wirken absolut nicht gestresst, obwohl doch einige Gäste vor Ort waren. Man fühlt sich effektiv als Gast.

Preis Leistung ist absolut Top.

Das Ambiente drinnen wie auch auf der Terrasse ist wunderbar. Die Aussicht wirklich schön. Eine grüne Wiese gibt auch den Kindern den Raum, dass sie problemlos auf ihren Kinderteller warten können.

Vous vous retrouver dans un autre monde pour les romands, effectivement il faut y aller à St.Silvester vous ne passez probablement pas à côté. Attention il vaut mieux réserver et il faudra peut-être même parquer sur la route tellement il y a de monde. Accueil chaleureux, jolie décoration traditionnelle et sommelières en habits de traditions de la Singine. La plupart du personnel parle en allemand et en français, bravo. Une belle carte vous est proposée en deux langues. Avec d'excellentes pizzas, un tartare vraiment excellent "on vous propose pour ce dernier si vous le désirez léger ou fort et une personne de la cuisine se déplace vers vous pour vous faire goûter". Période de chasse vraiment bon. Attention aux portions...car elles sont grandes que ce soit les entrées, les plats principaux et desserts...c'est vraiment des quantités de grands mangeurs !
