This was our first experience staying in a castle. We had two rooms. My parents stayed in the Conrad Schindler room which was very nice. It had great ambience. I would definitely recommend that room. The only downfall is the bathroom/shower is down the hall. Also, my elderly parents had a hard time navigating the stairs in the castle. There are No elevators and I think it could use more handrails outside. ||||Our family room worked out well for the three of us but again, if you have to get up in the middle of the night, navigating stairs and walking down a hall to go to the bathroom was not ideal. You have to bring your room towels to the bathroom with you since there are no cloth or paper-towels to dry your hands with. I forgot my hand towel more than once. ||||Neo was a great host and was very helpful. He was multi-lingual and very personable.||||The ambience in the breakfast room was disappointing. There were about 5 fake animal heads including a unicorn. It just didn't feel authentic and was distracting from the beauty of the castle and surrounding...
