I was dining with my girlfriend, who ordered a schnitzel with fresh vegetables and a pasta dish. When her food arrived, she tried to adjust the plate on the table and instantly burned herself — the plate was scorching hot, and no one warned her. As a result, the so-called ‘fresh’ vegetables were also hot, which should never happen. It felt as though the dish had simply been reheated in a microwave, which would explain why the plate and ingredients that should not be hot were burning. The meat was extremely bland, with no seasoning at all, while the pasta was so oversalted it was practically inedible.

My own experience was even worse. I ordered potatoes and clearly stated that I am vegetarian, yet they first brought me fish. I strongly objected and refused it. By the time my potatoes finally arrived, my girlfriend was already furious from all the inconvenience and insisted that we leave immediately.

Worst dining experience ever. My girlfriend burned her hands on a scorching-hot plate with “fresh” vegetables that were also hot — likely microwaved. The meat was bland, the pasta inedibly oversalted. I ordered potatoes and clearly said I’m vegetarian, yet they brought me fish first. When I objected, the chef aggressively took a knife in his hand while talking to me. Staff then threatened to call the police unless I paid for food we didn’t eat. I demand a full refund and will be reporting this to the customer satisfaction agency.
