When it comes to eating only 25 minutes always from Gruyère or so and you want to enjoy an amazing lunch from a top secret adress which is becoming a hint in terme of « locavore « cuisine. Make sure you have a spare couple of hours to enjoy this excellent destination , the food is worth a 2 Michelin star (only having 1 so far). What a lovely place. Hard to describe with words but it is a wonderful gem and fully deserved they got a green star and a michelin star. It is a place I would love to eat every day. Small, cozy, lovely design, super friendly staff refined, creative local cuisine, what do you want more.
