Hotel Restaurant Rössli — Restaurant in Wädenswil

We enjoyed the vinegar tasting! I'm still curious how their salt bar works: can one taste the many different salts? For these attractions, I'm interested in visiting this restaurant again!

However, we came here primarily for having an early dinner: we found the food we ordered to be a bit saltier than we were used to. Perhaps if we had worked up more of a sweat during our pre-dinner hike, we would have needed to replenish more electrolytes? We had the daily special, and some Chürbissuppä mit Öpfel. The Gmischtä Winterblattsalat was great! As was the bread.

Zwei mal nicht überzeugt für das wie es angepriesen wird. Salzbar: hätte mehr erwartet. Ist nichts spezielles Fleisch: Die Qualität (ist es die Zubereitung?) entspricht niemals dem Preis. mehr vom Fleich: Anstatt ein Clubsteak kam ein T-Bone an dem das Filet ausgeschnitten wurde !! Unglaublich. Dazu war es eigentlich Roh. Jacobsmuscheln versalzen, schade die sind teuer. Chicoree war zäh! Das war beim ersten Besuch im Rössli.

Beim nächsten mal: Gemüse verkocht. Schade, wäre nicht so schwierig zum zubereiten. Fleisch, schon wieder: Ungeniesbar. Zäh wie Leder. Einer der (unseren) Gäste bekam Durchfall. Das ist werder ein Witz noch unwahr!

Dies wurde dem Personal mitgeteilt, sie nahmen es zur Kentniss. Mehr nicht. Service: Soso lala. Eine ist gut, eine Angestellte.

Was war gut? Beide male waren die Cordonbleu prima.

Was ich erwartet hätte ist ein top zubereitetes stück Fleisch so wie es feil geboten wird. Vielleicht hatten wir einfach Pech...
