Maleducati , servizio pessimo!!!

Sono entrata nel locale e ho chiesto di fare colazione fuori perché avevo il cane e non volevo creare disturbo dentro il locale. Nessuno mi ha risposto perché nessuno sapeva parlare inglese o italiano, quindi mi hanno detto di aspettare. Ho aspettato 20 minuti. Poi mi hanno fatto parlare con una ragazza che parlava inglese e italiano e mi ha detto che potevo accomodarmi fuori per fare colazione. Ho aspettato seduta fuori altri 15 minuti che qualcuno venisse a prendere l’ordine e nessuno è arrivato! Quindi me ne sono andata. Mi hanno fatto sentire a disagio e esclusa, il personale è incompetente...
