Restaurant Churfirsten — Restaurant in Wattwil

The property lies in a singular location 1028 m above sea level in the beautiful green Alps of Toggenburg surrounded just by the sounds of the animals on the Meadows around it. Since decades run by the family Alder three generations can be found working there when I was greeted by the already over 80 years old lady of the house. The rooms are without televison but offer amazing views far across the Alpine mountains from the large balconies - a TV can be found in a separate tv room which ressembles a private living room. The shower and toilets can be reached via the aisle and had been all clean. There is not internet and only cash can be accepted but the restaurant offers the most authentic Swiss food. Overall it is more a hut like feeling which I loved and could enjoy breakfast being served in the restaurant after a wonderfully relaxing night in the good air...

Old fashioned but very clean. Food good and staff were brilliant. Really beautiful place to visit. Horse riding very reasonable. Definately...
