Lago Torbido — Restaurant in Wolfenschiessen

Lago Torbido is an excellent pizzeria restaurant, where you can watch them make the pizzas as well as bake them in their wood-fire oven. The pizzas are delicious, and the ambiance warm and inviting. Take note that on cloudy or poor-weather days, it can get quite full inside the restaurant or have a lengthy wait time. Otherwise, there is plenty of seating both inside and out. It might be considered pricey, but those are just Swiss prices - not (much) more expensive than getting a quality pizza from Swiss cities like...

Husband and kid was there for a late lunch. They ordered pizza. The waitress scolded my kid when my husband passed her our bottle of water to drink.

I guess there is some rule to ‘no outside consumption’ to maximise profit? But to scold a child for that? Why not direct it at the adult?

Nice spacious restaurant at the mid station of the Tidlis xpress gondola. Interior has high and low tables and some long tables for large parties. Menu has pizza and pasta plus starters and desserts.
