Pizzeria Piazza — Restaurant in Zurich

I came with a family member and two kids after a 25-minute walk to this restaurant around 5 p.m today, planning to enjoy a simple dinner and order two pizzas. Shockingly, the staff told us we must order four pizzas or we wouldn’t be allowed to dine in. This is absolutely absurd and completely unreasonable. Forcing customers to order food they don’t want — and even counting a 7-year-old child as an adult who must have a full pizza is beyond ridiculous.

What’s worse, it’s clear that the restaurant’s management couldn’t care less about the endless bad reviews and complaints from customers. I’ve honestly never encountered a more ignorant place. I went there with my two small children and i ordered one pizza and the waitress came and take our order. The mean older man came and say that if i am going to order one pizza we shouldn't sit there if he was talking more nicely i would understand but he was like yelling at me loudly because Margarita pizza costs 18 franks and cleaning the table costs like 20 Franks and my children also sense the atmosphere and we had to leave when they eat only the half one. Terrible service and pizza was all burned( I think it was intentionally) the way they were looking at us was disgusting, is it because we are brown people? i dont know. Visited about a week ago from India. I was with my family and wanted to eat pizza. Since we wanted veg pizza and couldn't understand the ingredients, we were searching in Google when a guy comes up and rudely asks about what we want. We explained and ordered pizza. We were initially going to sit outside but when we saw the chairs were wet, we went back inside and this guy literally blocks our way and says "No. No. Reservation only". We stood outside until the guy served the pizza. I saw multiple people coming, browsing the menu and then eating inside!

As for the pizza, worst one I've eaten ever. Truly. Cheese was dumped in multiple places in clumps and so were vegetables...
