用餐當晚只有我們ㄧ組客人 同行4人 事前跟店家溝通後 有幫我們調整2-3道餐點份量 非常貼心 因為事先訂好餐 出餐速度非常快 先說餐點部份： 1.無毒水果沙拉：混合各類食材，這道菜不論視覺或味覺都令人驚豔，清爽開胃，店裡必點招牌！ 2.白斬雞：店家自己養的雞，肉質彈牙，連雞胸肉都不柴鮮嫩，搭配的醬汁調製的鹹香合宜。 3.東坡香：非常普通，我們是選點來配飯的。 4.月亮蝦餅：上桌肉眼就可見蝦餅的真材實料，入口外皮酥脆，內餡蝦仁絞肉有口感，香菜更有畫龍點睛的效果，真的很美味！ 5.番薯飯：番薯鬆軟香甜，用小木桶裝飯頗有特色！ 6.蛤仔蒜湯：本來是選點來當配角的，因為店內可以選擇的湯品種類不多（多數是雞湯）不過這道味道也很好👍（遺珠：沒有拍到照片QQ) 7.炸紅豆粿：完全不油膩，放涼吃也還是酥脆，店家完全不吝嗇，紅豆餡料豐富。 就餐點內容部分我會給5顆星 不過就服務部分待加強： 1.建議店家可以先詢問客人是否先上湯品，以我們當日全部菜一起上的經驗，吃完飯菜湯品都冷掉了.... 2.服務人員在我們還在用餐時，未經詢問就自行上了水果，還把飯桶收走（裡面還有飯）...😰 整晚吃完就是有種急著關店的感覺，補充說明我們當天是6點20分到達，7點10分離開，真的建議店家要放慢速度讓客人有時間好好品嚐你們用心準備的料理！

今天5個人去吃，點了巴西蘑菇雞湯、莎拉、炒水蓮、爌肉筍片、紅麴鰻魚酥、月亮蝦餅；地瓜飯(無限續)。 1.份量：與價格相符，主菜與配料的比例很均衡，很有滿足感。 2.口味： (1)莎拉：各種生菜(美生菜、萵苣、朝鮮薊、青花椰菜、玉米荀)與當季水果(無花果、草莓、蘋果、鳳梨、葡萄柚、莓果)佐日式和風醬，輔以芥末味，味道很平衡，不會過鹹、過酸、適度的芥末辣味很開胃。 (2)爌肉筍片：肥瘦均有，滷得入味配飯剛好的鹹度，但瘦肉部分稍嫌柴些，筍片軟脆好吃。 (3)炒水蓮：帶點麻油風味，用薑絲爆香，加入秀珍菇，保留水蓮的脆感，是中規中矩的味道，但餘味帶點微微的苦味，個人可以接受，見仁見智。 (4)巴西蘑菇雞湯：十分古早味，很像是辦桌的清爽版，巴西蘑菇量很足，雞肉很有彈性，放山雞(無誤)。 (5)月亮蝦餅：皮薄餡厚，炸的很酥，而且料之豐富很給力，除了完整的蝦仁及肉末，加入香菜和芹菜提味，是很驚喜的一道菜。(真自製) (6)紅鞠鰻魚酥：沒有明顯的鰻魚味，少了黏膩味，口感比較像較軟的雞肉酥，不敢吃鰻魚的也喜歡，推薦。 (7)地瓜飯：不會太粒，但也不會過軟，就是益瓜飯XDD 綜上，很推薦一家子來吃吃喝喝，也有熱茶可以喝，雖然價位中上，但份量、擺盤、口味也是中上上，CP值挺高的^_^ PS：餐具係附竹筷、紙杯，可以自備。
