We had coffee at their outdoor cafe seating and their table surface is slippery, while we were grabbing our coffee, their water cup slip to the edge of the table with the risk of falling off, and I decided to save it and along the way, we spill our $300 cold drip coffee. I feel that they have no compassion and respect for customers despite trying to save their cups from breaking. On top of that, they even suspected we drank their coffee and fake a spill in order to get another free coffee. 0 stars...
