I like their red braising beef noodle soup. First time in my current Asia trip that American beef were actually served. I saw American cows grazing on the Penghu main island when cruising along the highway. Not surprised at all when the soft meat texture of American cow’s signature was noticed from the beef noodle soup. Soup flavor is somewhat less fragrant. That was the only downside. This is the best place for lunch when visiting the nearby Penghu Aquarium. Once dropping through a tiny entrance with a little no more than no shop sign, you will realize this beef noodle restaurant is fully packed with local residents and tourists, eagerly waiting for their menu choices to be served.
