後來上菜時，另一服務人員說有附酸梅冰砂有需要嗎？我們回需要 吃到一半因為有想直接去其他地方，故請他" 還沒上...

東西再好吃都不會再光顧

服務生整理離席桌面餐具對許多店家來說都是正常的，但員工跪地擦拭地板這點，對於隔壁尚在用餐的客人真的很不尊重 （客人真的不會想看的這一幕，難道不能準備拖把給員工使用）

沒多久擦拭乾淨隔壁桌乒乒乓乓 堆滿乾淨的碗盤（不是只有四套⋯⋯是滿滿的餐具） 再次傻眼

20:00入內用餐，飲料區已開始準備清洗機器，將飲料倒入大型容器，這樣真的很不尊重尚在店內用餐的顧客（營業時間不是到22:00嗎？）

餐後甜點點了4杯烏梅冰沙 服務生端來4個小紙杯，裝著半杯的咖啡色液體，各插著1支塑膠攪拌棒⋯⋯（我們都以為是咖啡） 這時候服務生開口：冰沙不夠冰，請問烏梅濃縮汁可以嗎？（我⋯⋯⋯無言了） 麻煩都給我4杯冰淇淋⋯謝謝

明顯的是員工訓練不足 在我們來看冰沙機很可能也跟飲料機器一樣在20時就進行清洗，這點可以跟顧客委婉說明，即將打烊，機器已清洗，可主動告知消費者更換替代選項 會比4杯半杯烏梅濃縮液來的好（不然你也加個冰塊好嗎）
