3.房間內床上有很多螞蟻，反應後推給前位客人在床上吃東西，卻沒檢討自己的房務清潔

4.房間沒付早餐付啤酒，ok，晚餐時一直問付的啤酒可以現在飲用嗎，沒一個服務生能回答，在多次追問下才說用餐到9:00你們要帶上去房間喝

5.用餐時，在我們追問啤酒時，突然說用餐到9:00，我們問沒用完可以帶去房間嗎，一個服務生說房間不能用餐他要去問，一問不復返，要等我們再去問才有回覆

6.結帳時告知有身分證號碼有送鬆餅的活動 特別身分證給他看後 最後什麼也沒送

7.訂房時詢問有沒有房間照片，說沒有就一般房間，好的我們訂了兩間雙人房，到現場說了一句我沒看到有其他訂單所以你們兩個房型不一樣，一句不好意思都沒有，就要我們兩間看怎麼分配
