My husband and I had dinner here this evening. The menu was set and every morsel of food and beverage was delicious. The ingredients were local, colorful and beautifully presented and the owner took the time to explain how the ingredients were used. Thank you also for your friendly conversation! I can’t recommend MoonSun...

I had such an amazing dinner! The restaurant is cosy and well designed. The owners have a lot of knowledge and passion for the food they serve. Every dish is a piece of art made from ingredients from their own garden.

I highly recommend...

來沐森慶祝結婚週年是最正確的選擇🥰 包場也太幸運了～跟三隻店貓跟店狗黑鼻用餐好幸福～ 進門前，老闆貼心詢問是否要把狗狗帶到後面，我們表示沒關係這是他家，他不會咬人就好🤣 黑鼻比較膽小，喜歡被摸屁股(被貓帶大的🤣)三貓一狗只有我先生摸到🥹 好不公平啊🥲 老闆除了貓狗外，還有可愛的羊🐑跟、蜜蜂🐝跟雞🐓這裡是動物園捏 在台東第一次吃無菜單料理，有點忐忑，因為上次吃的經驗沒有很好😅，但看評論真的很想來試試，我的選擇是正確的，先生也超愛 總共十道菜 1.水果氣泡飲 2.芒果鮮蝦 3.酸柑香檸醋沙拉🥗 4.飛魚卵南瓜🎃濃湯 5.油漬蕃茄巧巴達 6.成功野生紅甘 7.玉里連貞肋排 8.海味山當歸 9.黑糖桂圓冰淇淋🍦堅果🌰 10.香草蓮花🪷茶 先說所有菜品，幾乎採用台東當地食材及老闆自製來烹煮 第三道 記得是台東特有兩種酸桔(柑)製作，特別又開胃 第四道印象深刻 用毛豆冰淇淋代替鮮奶油，攪拌相容一起後，搭配飛魚卵與南瓜子，有南瓜的香氣但不膩口 第六道 紅甘的肉質也太嫩了🥹除了有醬汁搭配外，紫蘇葉與薺菜的特殊香氣，讓口感更豐富 第七道 肋排是經過老闆醃漬兩天又慢火烘烤3小時才有的軟嫩口感，台東特有圓葉山胡椒有股辛香氣息，兩者一起食用更解膩 第八道 吃到這道已經很飽了耶～～ 但太好吃還是要吃完，不能浪費 第一次聽到台東特產油芒，原本消失一段很長時間，因為氣候變遷關係，很適合現在的生長環境，於是開始恢復培育。 長濱米與油芒混合一起，真的絕👍 連雞蛋也是老闆養的雞生的，會不會太養生了 第九道 黑糖、桂圓+豆乳製作的冰淇淋 會不會太好吃了🥹 吃了沒負擔捏 如果你愛美食 如果你喜歡長濱 如果你愛動物們 如果你想嘗試不同的無菜單 請來沐森，他會帶給你不一樣的感受
