家住附近，平時都是在家吃飯，樸素齋坊是第一次來，因為那附近周邊沒什麼好吃的餐館(難吃又態度不好)，進入樸素齋坊第一印象清爽乾淨，菜色多樣，看起來清爽好吃，兩人夾了10樣菜、一碗湯、一碗白飯，結帳時價格是出乎意外地便宜，才160元而已耶，好吃又吃得飽(舒服)，內用白飯胚芽飯稀飯只要10元可續加，還有熱湯茶隨便喝，在台北的話最少也要300元以上，白飯熱湯沒得續加，要續加得再另購，下周會再回嘉義，一定會再到樸素齋坊吃飯。(沒拍照習慣，詳細菜色店內情況，可參閱goog...

這間為素食自助餐，旁邊有附設停車場，入內後環境乾淨整潔，還有冷氣可以吹，自助吧有許多菜色可供挑選，夾好後是以秤重方式計價，價格比起一般自助餐稍高，加十元可以白飯、五穀飯、稀飯、菜湯及飲料吃到飽，菜色整體鹹淡適中，不會太油太鹹。 圖片的菜色加十元後是120元，供各位參考。

很乾淨，菜色也多，收費就貴一點，但畢竟飯粥都可以吃到飽，而且冷氣又跟開免錢似的，廁所也乾淨，所以也還ok，不方便停車，外面停機車的是斜坡，希望這家店可以撐久一點【【瑞凡，你知道嗎？住了十幾年，那個地方，沒半家店撐超過一年的，最後都是倒閉的Q_Q】】

店面並不是很大，總店面積較大，不過雖小一些但是菜色也算很多樣化，素料好像都是店家自己製造的，店面旁邊有附設停車場，可以停幾輛車輛，地點很好找，剛好在全聯旁邊，從阿里山下來往中埔方向走也不遠，吃完飯往回走上中埔交流道也不遠，或是順道到親水路散步。
