Food was okay. Authentic spice. Shawarma was a bit dry but okay. Lamb Ribs are tough, hard to cut with a knife and hard to chew. But maybe that’s how it should be (?) flavor was good though. Paper cups for water and lemonade was a big no good, service by untrained college teenagers was worse. They can’t even use a glass for fresh made lemonade. It nearly ruined the lemonade. What a shame. Also the efforts to have such a cute hand drawn mat was completely cancelled out by all the cheap cups and plastic containers. the so-called “dessert” that comes with the combo meal was pathetic. It’s like saying: “since no one can tell the different we might as well just not bother.” we’d rather pay more money for less amount of food but...

已經到店用餐很多次了，今天因為覺得串肉不錯吃特別到店用餐，所以點了三盤烤肉。 服務員問我們方便把三份合成兩份嗎？ 我們也想說方便工作就好就同意， 結果餐點來了後應該要三份量的菜 看起來都只有兩份的量，餅皮也是應該要有九片變八片，肉量來六串沒錯，但有一串的肉真的小的差蠻多的。告知員工後老闆來的回覆是肉有大有小，是有去秤重量的（我跟我的伴侶都覺得老闆的態度也不覺得是他們有出了問題），但是那肉看起來大小真的差得多，已吃很多遍的經驗真的差很多…. 然後我們等了很久紅茶一直都沒有上，直到想走人了，突然才上紅茶，然後多送一杯土耳其紅茶說是招待，後來也有再給我們一個米布丁做以補償，但其實我們想吃的也不是甜食🤣要也是補那串很小的肉重新換個也好，或是說會請廚房員工注意，但都不是。 總而言之 餐點推薦的有：烤肉串（羊）、陶甕 不推薦的：焗烤類（吃了好幾次都覺得裡面的肉很柴）、卡福馬（淡淡水水的，沒啥味道） 價格不算便宜，當下是有愛吃了覺得價格不是問題 但今天對於這樣的回覆基本上不會再光顧了👋🏻 I’ve dined at this restaurant many times. Today, I specifically came because I found the skewers delicious, so I ordered three plates of grilled meat.

The server asked if we were okay with combining the three portions into two. Wanting to make their work easier, we agreed. However, when the food arrived, what should have been three portions looked more like two. The flatbread, which should have come with nine pieces, had only eight. The meat skewers did come in six pieces as expected, but one of them was significantly smaller than the others.

After informing the staff, the owner responded that the meat varies in size but is weighed to ensure fairness. Both my partner and I felt that the owner didn’t acknowledge any issue on their part. But in reality, the size difference was obvious, and based on our many past visits, this was quite unusual.

Additionally, we waited a long time for our tea, and it wasn’t served until we were about to leave. At that moment, they suddenly brought the tea, along with an extra cup of Turkish tea as a complimentary item. Later, they also gave us a rice pudding as compensation. However, we weren’t really craving dessert—if anything, it would have been better to replace the tiny skewer or at least assure us that the kitchen would be more mindful in the future. But none of that happened.

Summary:

Recommended dishes: Lamb skewers, clay pot dishes Not recommended: Baked dishes (tried multiple times, and the meat inside is always dry), Kafuma (bland and watery, lacking flavor)

The prices aren’t exactly cheap, but I used to think they were reasonable for the taste. However, after today’s experience and the way they handled it, I probably won’t be...

Food is fine. Extremely poor and awful service. First, the waiter served wrong dishes. Then, a takeout we didn't order was served. When cleaning up the table, the gravy left on the plate was splashed on to our clothes and into the drinks. Worstly, the waitress seemed totally OK with it. No replacement was made until we asked. And no clean up or apologies at all....
