As a non-Japanese/ not owners’ friend type of customer, I strongly not recommend you to visit this bistro. Tbh the food was not bad, but the dining experience was terrible AF. I had waited for a plate of sashimi for more than an hour(not joking) and 2 fried chicken wings for 30mins. To make things worse, during the waiting period the chief was chatting with his friends but left us Wait till he finish his conversation. Maybe this place is the only Japanese Izakaya you can find in the east coast/ Jinzun area, but you sure don’t need to down grade your standard for this unpleasant service offered by YaSu.
