Service was okay, there is a large parking area and many tour buses come to eat here. It is recommended to call for reservations in advance.

What we order:

梅干扣肉+紅棗饅頭 - plum dried pork with red date steamed bun Pork belly was sliced thinly, the meat itself was tender, its a pretty good dish

脆皮豬腳 - crispy pork knuckle Don’t expect the skin to be crispy, because it’s not! But the meat was very tender and flavoursome, especially with the addition of salt and pepper seasoning

黃金豆腐 - golden tofu Tasted like salted egg tofu, a must order dish!

脆皮豆腐 - crispy fried tofu Came with brown sauce (not sure what this was), but the tofu was really good, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside

什錦豆腐煲 - mixed tofu pot It was a combination of tofu with squids, prawns, mushrooms, and vegetables, tasted delicious like a comfort food

紅棗雞湯 - chicken soup with red dates The soup was fragrant and could taste the sweetness from red dates, but the chicken was bland

紅棗飯 - red date rice Very unique combination, the part that had red dates tasted sweet, the rest tasted like normal rice

The portion sizes we ordered were all small, and its enough for 7 people. They will serve you hot jujube tea for drinks, and they don’t serve...

Awesome place and and does so many things right! Great food, very friendly staff, and top notch service! Super busy place with reservations until May but made room for 6 of us when we told them we were coming with mobility challenged grandparents. While the parking lots were packed they directed us to the disabled parking spaces for immediate parking. The grandparents were happy with the food, decor, and service. Very senior friendly is a big plus! Two of us are vegetarian but found good choices for vege dishes. Another pleasant surprise we had was when a vegetable dish which was assumed to be vegetarian came non-vegetarian style. After informing them they asked if we wanted another one made right and we said it's okay don't bother as we couldn't finish all the food anyway. Hakka Restaurant - Terrible food and purely a Tourist Trap. There is nothing Hakka or authentic about the the dishes. Everything tasted poorly prepared and from someone who has almost no cooking skills. The only half decent dish was the bitter melon stir-fried with eggs.
