This is an extremely popular and famous eatery in Miaoli out in the middle of the verdant farmlands. The land is clean and pristine, the water that flows through this area is clear and unpolluted attesting to the ecologically rich area in Miaoli. This restaurant serves improvised traditional Hakka cuisine and it packs a powerful menu. Most of the dishes are delicious and reasonably priced. The restaurant is in a very cool building. We were lucky to have been assigned to a old wooden table by the window. Outside the window is a rather big drain where clear clean water runs freely through. The weather was good and I love that table. Fule is a busy restaurant but the turnover was fast. We only waited for 5 mins. Food was good. We enjoyed all our order. Unfortunately didn't have a super big appetite to try more. The salted veggie soup is so... good and so are the rice noodles.
