今天來花蓮，再次造訪馬太鞍濕地，也順道去欣綠農園吃懷念已久的鹽烤鮮魚。

掀開鋪滿鹽粒的魚皮，熱氣蒸騰的魚肉Q彈多汁，味鮮質嫩，配上恰到好處的淡淡鹹香，大家你一口、我一筷，一下子就嗑完整條鮮魚，還覺得意猶未盡，齒頰留香。

也許正因為魚是放養在園區清澈見底的天然泉水池，才能滌盡土味，留下鮮味，這又讓我再一次的驚艷！

另一個讓人印象深刻的小點是「丈母娘豆腐乳」。由老闆的丈母娘用純手工，天然日曬法發酵釀製而成的傳統美食，吃起來綿密細緻，口感柔滑，那化在嘴裡的甜鹹清香，爽口又紮實，既不死鹹，又極為下飯。我這平常不吃豆腐乳的人，飯後都忍不住買了一罐，打算回家繼續品嚐這陽光般的美味。

另外 第一次嚐到臭豆腐炒青菜，既有炸臭豆腐的脆度，又混入了青菜的鮮甜，對我而言，是挺新鮮的吃法。
