Read more今天來花蓮,再次造訪馬太鞍濕地,也順道去欣綠農園吃懷念已久的鹽烤鮮魚。
掀開鋪滿鹽粒的魚皮,熱氣蒸騰的魚肉Q彈多汁,味鮮質嫩,配上恰到好處的淡淡鹹香,大家你一口、我一筷,一下子就嗑完整條鮮魚,還覺得意猶未盡,齒頰留香。
也許正因為魚是放養在園區清澈見底的天然泉水池,才能滌盡土味,留下鮮味,這又讓我再一次的驚艷!
另一個讓人印象深刻的小點是「丈母娘豆腐乳」。由老闆的丈母娘用純手工,天然日曬法發酵釀製而成的傳統美食,吃起來綿密細緻,口感柔滑,那化在嘴裡的甜鹹清香,爽口又紮實,既不死鹹,又極為下飯。我這平常不吃豆腐乳的人,飯後都忍不住買了一罐,打算回家繼續品嚐這陽光般的美味。
另外 第一次嚐到臭豆腐炒青菜,既有炸臭豆腐的脆度,又混入了青菜的鮮甜,對我而言,是挺新鮮的吃法。
