Not sure about the bad reviews for this place, but it is definitely worth your stop if you are passing by.

The buns were all fresh and delicious and we appreciated the variety of flavors to choose from.

The owners were super friendly and generous. We bought 4 buns and they gave us two extras to try: a special milk bun and a yam bun (AMAZING; maybe seasonal).

It was a slow day so we chatted for a bit about the kids, their Mandarin, and other small talk.

The place is amazing! We stopped while hitchhiking around Taiwan. After we finished eating the owner came and offered us FULL REFUND if buns were not tasty! Of course we denayed! Buns were amazing! When we were about to leave he came again with translator and offere us 1 FREE bao if we were not full yet. We pourchused only 5 buns for us 2 so not a lot... Please be kind to the owner of this place! As he is kind to the customers! Only 5 star opinion! I would give 6/5 stars...

包子種類多樣，老闆客氣有禮，只要凡經墾丁都會光顧。 本次平日因女王上班，故只有我突發奇想從高雄市區孤身一人騎著小白牌環繞整個恆春半島，享受休假日的騎乘快感。 買了一個鮮肉包.一個起司包以及一罐可可牛奶便再門口找好位置準備大吃起來，老闆看我似乎缺乏溫暖就從櫃臺抓了一隻巨型熊熊放在我面前陪坐，便說這是單身者的特權喲！！ 沒過多久又猶如變魔法般的神速，拿了特有種蓮霧招待，買個包子還有陪坐與水果招待，老闆真的是很溫馨又讓我驚喜。 平日沒人可悠閒上二樓，有空調可慢慢吃著包子滑著手機，也有附設化妝室不用擔心旅遊乘車期間膀胱受不了。

I have not eaten this store's steamed stuffed buns for a long time. Every them we gave it up when we passed by the store since every time there were a lot of people waiting outside of this store. This time, I finally got a chance to give it a try again. There are many flavors of steamed stuffed buns. Some of them were tasty such as mochi one, however, they were a little bit expensive.

I have not eaten this store's steamed stuffed buns for a long time. Every them we gave it up when we passed by the store since every time there were a lot of people waiting outside of this store. This time, I finally got a chance to give it a try again. There are many flavors of steamed stuffed buns. Some of them were tasty such as mochi one, however, they were a little bit expensive.
