首先,如果你是一個要吃這間餐廳的人,我建議可以參考一下我的評論。 覺得太過冗長的,請看第一段跟最後一段即可。 團客我不知道,散客在這間餐廳的體驗,我想只能用糟糕透頂來形容。不要看我給一顆星,在我心中這間餐廳是「負一顆星」,給我錢要我去吃我肯定也不會再去吃。

壹、我對於這間餐廳的一些介紹:

一、原住民風味料理 二、沒有停車場,開車只能停路邊 三、酌收10%服務費 四、似乎是當地老字號原住民風味餐廳

貳、我對這間餐廳的體驗

一、首先是環境,這間店在大路旁,雖然沒有停車場,但路旁都可以停車,因此交通不算問題。環境的整潔度也還ok,沒有甚麼太大的問題。 但這間店不知道是生意不好資金短缺還是怎麼樣,竟然沒有開冷氣,剛進去還感覺不出來,隨著廚房開伙上菜,我彷彿在地獄吃飯,我都不知道滴進排骨湯裡面的是淚水還是汗水,如果想減肥的推薦來這裡,保證可以脫水。

二、餐點菜色,我們點了四菜一湯+一盤阿粨竹筒飯拼盤。 第一道上的是鹹酥溪蝦溪魚之類的,這道沒什麼毛病,畢竟連這道都不行,這間餐廳的廚師可能只會煮泡麵了 第二道高麗菜炒豬肉之類的東西,口味還行,唯一的好奇的點是到底是怎麼把高麗菜炒到燒焦的,我一開始以為是胡椒,殊不知翻到其中一面是黑的,不知道是鍋子沒洗就下去炒,還是這是高麗菜的新品種,我們不得而知。 途中發生一個小插曲,我們跟點菜的員工(也有可能是老闆)說要點一種原住民的植物(忘記叫甚麼名字),老闆很惋惜得告訴我們說那種植物現在沒有,他說「這個植物的產季是在每年四月到十月,現在不是他的產季噢」我聽了之後嚇一大跳,趕快看了一眼手機,不對啊,今天是8/15,是他口中所說的產季阿,聽了細思極恐,而我對此只有一種解釋,這個老闆是來自另外一個多元宇宙的人。 第三道檳榔心排骨湯,裡面有放蛤蜊,湯頭非常鮮甜,其實還蠻好喝。但排骨非常有嚼勁,我吃的時候懷疑牠還活著在跟我拼命。蛤蜊沒有吐砂,但不要緊,我喝了之後有吐砂。 第四道櫻花蝦刺蔥煎蛋,一口咬下直接噴油,而且我真的真的真的真的找不到櫻花蝦,牠們應該還在店裡,有興趣的可以去找找。 第五道曼波魚,其實還不錯,曼波魚的魚皮跟魚肉口感很特別,尤其是一盤裡面找不到幾塊時會更珍惜著吃。 第六道竹筒飯+阿粨拼盤,見鬼了,阿粨裡面有火腿之類的,找不到三層肉,畢竟我吃過的阿粨不多,但我還真的沒有吃過裡面包火腿類的阿粨,我不知道是創新作為還是在製作時廚師一邊吃熱狗掉進去。

三、服務 承上所述,這間餐廳有收取10%服務費,但是我一直到結帳時才知道。以上,讓我來談談這間店的服務,一進門有一位黃色衣服的小姐(以下簡稱黃小姐)非常熱情的迎接我們,我一看就知道這個肯定是狠角色,那個帶著殺氣的眼神,讓我至今不寒而慄。我們看完菜單決定好要吃什麼後,家人先是走過去跟黃小姐說可以點餐了,黃小姐非常熱情地請我們稍等一下,又等了約莫5分鐘還是沒人來,我這時開始有點不太開心,我在黃小姐面前舉了手,高聲跟他說「不好意思我們要點菜」,黃小姐看了我一眼後又非常熱情的邁開步伐,走到另外一桌(沒人坐)拿起一個空碗開始摸,而且是放感情,很深情地摸,我驚呆了,這肯定是一個職場老江湖,才能把「裝忙」這件事做到淋漓盡致,我瞬間感到無地自容,是我打擾到他的工作了,但又有點羨慕那個碗,可以得到他的關注。陸續上菜後基本上沒什麼問題,直到家人向黃小姐要了一支湯匙當作母匙,黃小姐拿到湯匙後非常自信地朝我們走過來,一邊用手指摳著我的湯匙舀湯的位置。湯匙拿來後盯著看了湯匙良久,我還是看不出來他在摳什麼,但從他深情的眼神,我知道,這支湯匙一定對他有非常特殊的意義,必須要對一間餐廳有多刻骨銘心的愛,才能對這些餐具如此深情,想到這裡,我久久無法自己。雖然被摳過的湯匙我也用不下去了。 服務費的部分,由於我感受不到任何服務,所以我就當作賞給對於餐具情有獨鍾的黃小姐當小費,這樣想心裡舒坦多了。離場時還聽到疑似老闆娘跟人說「我是絕對不會砸了這間店經營二十幾年的老字號招牌的」。

四、總結 如果看到這裡,請原諒我沒有拍照,在這間店裏熱到手機相機當機打不開(有可能是手機太爛),大部分的畫面都在我腦海裡,可惜無法與大家分享。 總而言之,如果你享要嚐嚐來自平行宇宙的料理、想要來這裡做三溫暖當減肥、想要看看黃小姐對餐具的深情、想要看看被砸爛的二十幾年老字號原住民風味料理招牌,全台灣....不...

Absolutely delicious traditional aborigines style restaurant. Very different from typucal taiwanese cooking. Fresh ingredient from the mountain. Had a sun fish soup. The mountain vege was crunchy and fresh. The bamboo steamed rice with stuffed pork was delicous.

Service was well paced but we were the only one on a monday. Friendly animals, cats hung out with us during lunch. The owner also helped us figure out where to go...

We stumbled upon this local gem and boy were we excited! Authentic indigenous foods. Professional and courteous staff with clear communication and introduction. All dishes were tasty in perfect presentation. Highly recommended and we surely visit again whenever we’re in Hualien. Just a side note. It’s kinda hard to spot at night since there wasn’t lit sign. It took us a bit to find it but it was all worthwhile.

2022/04/09訪店 前一晚臨時決定要去的原住民風味餐廳,此次購入餐點有酒釀玉米雞、刺蔥土雞竹筒湯、竹筒飯.啊粨(ㄅㄞˋ)、山蘇炒山羌肉、季節山茶。 這次沒吃到烤魚感覺相當可惜,因為老闆娘說今天撈到的魚比較大,大概多一倍種左右也會貴點,有鑑於我們人數少也不想被魚佔滿胃,只能下次再吃了⋯⋯對了鹽烤鯛魚要一定的時間,如果想吃最好訂位置時先定,讓老闆娘抓時間可以先烤才不用等整桌菜只剩魚還沒來。 酒釀玉米雞的醬汁淋在雞肉上的量,可以說是恰到好處,味道不會太鹹還有一股股的酒香,雞肉的油脂也都還吃的到。 刺蔥土雞竹筒湯的味道,濃郁而清香,清爽的雞湯入口後尾巴有種淡淡香氣湧上來,可能就是老闆娘說的部落傳統調料刺蔥的香氣吧,雞湯中的雞肉也是鮮嫩不老,山藥則相當軟綿了,一夾就散吸滿香氣。 竹筒飯跟啊粨的雙拼,竹筒飯是阿美族的傳統竹筒飯,清淡的味道配上些許鹹香的蝦味,感覺相當適合配重口味的熱炒,至於啊粨則相當軟糯,裡面有黑色的葉子包裹著,能一口食入,能吃到月桃葉的香氣,沒吃過的相當推薦吃看看。 山蘇炒山羌肉的味道是稍微鹹了一點,但是吃一口再搭配竹筒飯感覺就挺剛好的,山蘇則相當鮮嫩爽脆,配上為勾芡的醬汁,整體感覺嫩嫩滑滑的層次豐富,至於主角山羌相當軟嫩!而且也不會有腥臊味很值得嘗試。 整體而言挺適合多人一起來餐廳聚餐,一些比較特別的店員還會特別介紹一下,像是啊粨店員就有介紹。

We stumbled upon this local gem and boy were we excited! Authentic indigenous foods. Professional and courteous staff with clear communication and introduction. All dishes were tasty in perfect presentation. Highly recommended and we surely visit again whenever we’re in Hualien. Just a side note. It’s kinda hard to spot at night since there wasn’t lit sign.
