20220204 update: the owner's response is an exemplary example of customer service attitude in this country (the owner makes a number of personal attacks against us including, inter alia, being narrow minded, being a super bad customer, believing him or herself to be faultless, etc.), but we digress.
for the owner's benefit, we shall clearly and unequivocally explain why we wrote and maintain our one star review:
-the store entry on Google Maps has been claimed by the owner, which automatically means he/she has taken up the ownership for the Google Maps entry. if the owner truly cared about the interests of his/her customers, the owner would diligently update the operating hours on Google Maps, so as not to waste the precious time of customers. the owner clearly failed in this regard.
-stores are free to close. our issue is that the store closed "without explanation" when the expectation is that the store would be open (per Google Maps) and the owner failed to take the required steps to mitigate this. it is misleading to have the store as open per Google Maps but closed in reality.
-the owner claims that the six day store closure had been announced on their official website and also on their fan page. whilst this is good and all, it is unreasonable to expect new customers to be aware of the store's official website or fan page. the burden must be on the owner, and not the customer, to ensure the store's operating hours are adequately communicated to as many people as possible to avoid wasting people's time. thus, if the owner truly cared about not wasting other people's time, then the owner would also have ensured one of the below:
not only did the owner fail in this regard as well, but the owner also thinks it is the customer's fault ("a super bad customer") and that the owner himself is faultless for misleading people into thinking the store was open. this is so ludicrous that no further comments are appropriate.

Many stores in Taiwan welcome dogs. For example, the dessert shop Huayang Ice City, which has a perfect score on google, allows dogs. I did not see any signs at your store indicating that dogs are not allowed.
