Honestly I cannot comment much as the restaurant belongs to relatives of mine. I would say if you are in for Minan food, this is the place. Do make a booking as there are limited seats. If I am not wrong, last order is 7pm😂. The kitchen is huge. Kaoliang is available at retail shop prices. They also serve soft drinks but not too sure if they do have hot tea. Prices...

金門旅遊第三天午餐 導遊帶我們來這邊用餐 這幾天吃餐館的感覺，就是芋頭、菠菜、高麗菜 很多 麵線很多 當然這可能是當地的特色及產物

餐廳做的芋頭真的是綿密好吃，很成功又入味 手工魚丸湯的魚丸非常好吃，沒有像外面又硬又有彈性，真的這個湯...

金門旅遊第三天午餐 導遊帶我們來這邊用餐 這幾天吃餐館的感覺，就是芋頭、菠菜、高麗菜 很多 麵線很多 當然這可能是當地的特色及產物 餐廳做的芋頭真的是綿密好吃，很成功又入味 手工魚丸湯的魚丸非常好吃，沒有像外面又硬又有彈性，真的這個湯 喝起來清爽 清蒸魚也是蒸完等著我們來的 刈包自己動手做，沒有花生粉糖粉酸菜 只有簡單的麵皮和五花肉夾著吃，所以口感上 並沒有層次感 那道炸紅糟肉還真是不錯，吃完了一盤梨子導遊又去請廚房再續一盤，連青菜也是再上一盤高麗菜 說實在的出門在外能吃飽就好不餓肚子即可 要像餐廳做到更高的水準，那可能要自己去尋尋覓覓餐館了 要離開之前我們下樓看到了台語歌手蔡義德 她本人看起來很親切又年輕

2021-02 循著google地圖來到聯泰用餐，店門口有小型停車場可供停車，店內相當寬敞，而且明亮舒適整潔，往櫃檯旁的樓梯上去，二樓也有提供用餐座位區域。 餐廳裡也販售各種高粱酒。菜單上的價位相當平價且種類多元，「阿母的秋刀魚」非常推薦，古早口味、肉質綿密！蝦子的新鮮度也必須給滿分。 每份餐點的份量都不小，招牌炒麵七十元滿滿一大盤，不用擔心吃不飽。 闆娘非常親切熱情，等餐點都到齊上桌之後還倒了一小杯高粱請我喝，邊笑著說：「來金門就是要喝高粱酒啊！」相當可愛😍 聯泰這家連當地人都時常造訪的餐廳，真的非常推薦。
