Having dined at this exquisite Japanese restaurant on we enjoyed the warm, modern ambiance with soft lighting and wooden tables.
The sashimi platter featured fresh tuna, white fish, and salmon with ikura, served over ice with lime and radish—its melt-in-your-mouth texture was superb.
The sushi including seared salmon nigiri with seasoned rice, was complemented by edamame and pickles. The whole grilled sea bream, was crisply cooked with tender flesh, enhanced by daikon and lime.
The lobster, with succulent meat and briny tomalley, paired well with tender squid rolls, all with a tangy sauce.

Read more這是一家開業不算太久以海鮮與日料為主的餐廳,入內後中央區的「現流海鮮」吧台走近年比較時尚風格,兩側低溫櫃則是以握壽司的「刺身」為主,店內生意相當不錯當日前往是客滿狀態。
座位區分為兩大區,第一區為散客區主要提供一桌4個人以內的位子並環繞於中央吧台與前側,這裡的氣氛和視線最好頗有「板前」感受,第二區則是包廂區大約是三排8人併桌座位,主要是提供給人多的客人使用。

印象中比較建議的單品如下:
「清蒸-水姑娘龍蝦」 不要懷疑點下去就對了清蒸才是王道,比起同時點的波士頓龍蝦(大),這次吃到的不論肥度、鮮度與口感都略勝許多籌,但絕對不是因為價格比較高所以好吃,而是「正著時」肉色呈現微粉色與琥珀色的蝦膏互相呼應,飽滿的蝦肉在食材供應的挑選相當到位。
「澎湖手釣蛋卷」 蛋卷規格雖不大但川燙不會太老洽到好處,肉質鮮甜保持不錯沒有流失太多,小卷管中的蛋相當紮實適合2-3人食用,算是開胃值得點的一道小菜。
「星鰻手卷」 若對星鰻類有興趣的朋友建議可以直接點這款,用木盒呈上的手卷份量比同時所點的炙燒星鰻還大,雖然一卷的價格是炙燒握壽司的兩倍,不過這樣的份量吃起來相對比較有飽足感。
為何要推薦他們的海鮮因為都活跳跳在後方的海水槽中,不論帝王蟹、鮑魚、澳龍水姑娘或是波士頓龍蝦應有盡有。
整體吃下來活海產類的絕對是他們的招牌與賣點,以握壽司而言對常吃的朋友來說「魚類」規格可能會感覺偏薄略小,但每貫單價相對實惠,貝類的「干貝」則規格標準沒有這種困擾。
而海鮮部份以這次的經驗來說最驚艷的反而不是規格較大的「波士頓龍蝦」,因為相對比較起來「澳洲水姑娘龍蝦」飽滿度明顯勝過波龍,當然這並不是每一次的保證,因為食材會隨著季節的變化與到貨時間而有不同的口感與表現,只能說能夠吃到如此肥美真的...
