This ramen shop is pretty amazing. I am very surprised by the high quality ramen in southern Taiwan for the past few month. Customers are able to choose the taste and the hardness of the noodle I have tried many different ramen here and every single one tastes amazing. There’s is something special about this place. The noddle is high quality, and the types they serve you depends on the soup based you order. From thick to thin, nothing disappoints. For soup, I have tried both of their limited ramen, beef and garlic, and also their secret spicy ramen plus their normal pork broth ramen. All 4 bowls tasted distinctive and amazing. I cannot choose between the 4, I wish I have the stomach to eat all. The service is amazing, the owners and very helpful and friendly. Even though this is my little special spot (due to no line) but this place is on another level compare to the rest. I wish them the best!

去年才新開幕的拉麵店，算是比較不起眼的地方。經友人帶路，找到的店。第一眼先看他的招牌，金光閃閃 ✨ 直接給人下馬威，很有質感、有氣勢的感覺。店裡的風格也是蠻用心的，很簡潔乾淨又有許多日式風格的小配件，很舒服很輕鬆的氛圍。我覺得可以很自在的吃拉麵，不會有壓迫感的壓力 😂 . 說好一定要拉麵配叉燒飯，所以點了加大版拉麵配飯（是有奪餓😂😂😂 本來想點蒜味覺醒，可是剛好那天特別想醬油，所以就蒜了 😆😆😆😆 有機會再來吃看看～ . 小菜都是很入味、很下飯，像是醃小黃瓜、黃金泡菜，都是很常見的種類，可是很認真的味道。 . 他們拉麵很豐盛 🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜 而且很特別的是，他有兩種叉燒肉口味，一種是一般麵店比較常見的薄叉燒，入口即化不會太柴也不會太油膩。另一種是厚叉燒，很厚實的那種，像輪胎一樣的厚（爆量口感 🤣🤣🤣 而且他又將表皮炙燒過，帶有一點焦香味，咬起來特別有存在感，講得我現在又想吃了！！（口水 🤤 湯頭的部分醬油口味我覺得中規中矩，蠻清的不會太死鹹，豚骨我覺得比較甘甜，而且芝士豚骨的芝士畫龍點睛 🐲🪶👀 讓湯的鹹味又提升一個層次，不會很突兀，溶在湯裡很適合。如果他把芝士放在厚叉燒上炙燒，我想我可能會愛死 😍😍😍 . 貳水的叉燒飯那個肉塊之大，大概是我吃過叉燒肉塊最飽足的拉麵店，炙燒的恰到好處。不過他的佐醬也是淋上美乃滋，美乃滋連著叉燒一起炙燒，醬料原本清爽的味道有點被消掉，算是我沒有這麼愛的味道，口味見仁見智，喜歡叉燒飯的饕客還是可以試試 😁 . 也許他的店名有點難唸，可是卻蠻令人印象深刻。就像我對妳的愛如潮水，既然愛了就不後悔，再多的苦我也願意背。

支付別有現金、台灣pay，進門先拿菜單服務人員會幫忙安排位子，劃好單拿到櫃檯先結帳，冰水在後方的位置（飲水機旁邊有另外一桶冰水會比較冰），洗手間在後面，店員會來幫忙做介紹👏，店員有介紹到“蒜味覺醒”那款是用爌肉那種類型的肉（如果下次有機會再回來品嚐我會嚐試這款看看，因為我蠻喜歡吃爌肉的😄），服務人員的態度都很好👏。特盛叉燒豚骨（重鹹、麵硬）： 1.一開始我先喝兩三口湯品嚐看看，湯頭的質感濃厚有蘊底，湯喝起來油脂的味道很濃郁，但是湯頭不會有油膩感（這點做得算不錯👍）。 2.叉燒有分兩種，先介紹粉嫩色澤（粉紅這款）的叉燒，這款粉嫩色澤的叉燒吃起來口感很鮮嫩帶點嚼勁，肉質主要是瘦肉所以不會感到油膩，另一款叉燒就是跟其他店家一樣的叉燒肉，這款叉燒有炙燒過所以有把肉的油脂香氣逼出來，整個油脂的味道很香濃，這款肉輕輕夾就會碎了，吃到中心點的時候會吃到肥肉，肥肉吃起來油膩感有點重。 3.麵條是細麵，煮得熟度讓咬起來的口感真的有偏硬一點很有勁道，是還蠻好吃的👍。 4.溏心蛋輕輕一夾就碎了，吃起來好像有一點點淡淡的酒香味，這個溏心蛋很入味👍。 5.筍干吃起來很脆口還不錯。叉燒飯：別間大概都賣50元居多，他們這間雖然賣60元但是份量比其他間50元的還要多，叉燒飯通常大同小異，主要是他們這間的叉燒肉塊吃起來比別間來得大一點，所以在吃的時候會感覺口感比較豐富一些👍。整體來說品質算不錯，價位算是一般市價沒有比較貴或是便宜，整體CP值算高的，建議可以來品嚐看看。（店門口可以停放機車，建工路這邊有很多機車停車格但是要稍微找一下空格就是了，汽車可以停到隔壁大豐路的付費停車場！）
