Finally a delicious Pizza! I have been searching for over 2 years after my local Italian pizza shop in Nanzi closed down. Best part is the sourdough. Sourdough is good for the stomach. A Hidden Gem in Kaohsiung 🍕✨ 我在這附近住了一年，居然都沒發現有這家披薩店 現在要搬走了才知道，感覺錯過好多東西啦😂 老闆對披薩超有熱情 他當初是因為高雄的披薩都吃不滿意，居然跑去米蘭跟義大利朋友學了半年。醬料、起司、麵團通通自己做 吃得出真材實料還有用心 他也沒在用 Foodpanda 或 Uber Eats。可以掃 QR 加他們官方 Line 帳號點餐。雖然有點隱密，但真的很值得一吃！ I’ve lived here for a whole year and somehow completely missed this pizzeria and now I’m about to move out. Feels like I’ve missed out on a lot. The laoban is super passionate about his craft. He actually flew to Milano and learned how to make real Italian pizza from his Italian friend for half a year. All because he wasn’t happy with the pizza scene in Kaohsiung. Respect. Everything is made from scratch. The tomato sauce, the cheese, the dough… you can really taste the love in every bite. It’s honestly one of the most authentic Italian pizzas I’ve had in Taiwan. Oh and he’s not even on Foodpanda or Uber Eats. You gotta scan the QR code at the shop to add their official Line account. Totally worth it though.
