2023/05/02記： 除了設備系統或電梯這些硬體無法太要求外，衝著今日有可愛魔力的女管家的服務我一定給滿分五星，炸物拼盤的火候控制也算不錯。 但是服務滿意度調查的系統頁面不好，害我點歌時差點點錯，造成店家困擾！總公司能夠針對系統做出好的改變， 同時也加入更多最近大陸、日韓、動漫常常被討論的火紅歌曲，相信可以吸引更多人。

作為一個KYV，歌真的超級無敵少，別說是新歌，很多近代的歌也很少，外語歌更慘，跟朋友唱到最後都在唱10多年前的老歌。 店員會一直進來打斷，真的可以把事情一次講完，不然很掃興。 有些方案是需要低消的，東西就是貴，不一定好吃。 設備也很簡約🙂，燈光呀、舞台呀真的很陽春。 有錢有閒去別家吧。

完全不想推薦，沒電梯，廁所不在包廂內，天花板整個很矮站在沙發嗨頭直接撞，隔音效果超差，自助吧沒什麼菜色，炒飯完全沒味道還濕的像粥噁到爆，然後收一成服務費，也不快把吃完的空盤子收走，用講還給看菜單要bar啤酒，一直以為還要桌上的百威？！這真的非常需要改善～

8/3晚進行消費 在評論前想和貴公司告知當晚的櫃檯服務人員，服務態度極佳且處理事情得宜，實屬有危機處理意識的能力，可謂措置裕如

首先貴店的自助霸，極為差勁。 口感和味道皆欠佳，實在找不到任何優點

其次是貴店的環境，隔音設備也欠佳，一層樓中能在間接帶動中，迎來不同音階的重疊，可謂奇觀。

最後是貴店的廁所，有些髒污且有點味道，仍有改善空間；且雖樓梯間有禁菸掛牌，但整間店都是莫名從四方飄來...

昨天跟好友一起去， 1.上樓時有明顯煙味，有禁菸跟沒禁菸差不多 2.歌單沒更新，雖然有跳樓機跟字字句句，但有的歌手的歌根本沒有 3.隔音十分的差，唱沒幾句，就會被其他包廂的聲音壓過去 4.電燈很難調，唱到那種有氛圍的，燈就難配合 5.女廁廁所只有兩間 要不是因為下周二要比賽，我跟我朋友根本不會去 兩個花費快1000 下次不會再去了，不知道貓眼是尬麻的，裡面看不出去，外...
