What a hidden gem for any seafood lover! It’s located on Taiwan Northern ocean shore (in Keelung. It’s rare to a reasonable price Omakase, it’s almost impossible to find a fresh seafood omakase which you can order not only fit a table of 10 people but for a person or two or three, so flexible. In other words, yourself or two of you can enjoy the seafood feast like you have a banquet. We (two of us) got here & wondered what fresh seafoods we would like to taste today. The owner was very nice to suggest us try their omakase forget people. He recommended the very popular one with the reasonable price —$1280 (tax & service fee are included). So we decided to give a try. The first dish was sashimi consists of tuna, salmon & the other white fish. My friend had an alternative because she doesn’t eat raw fish. The second dish was stir fried sea cucumber, very chewy & tasty. Scallops with baby Napa cabbage was the third yummy dish. Crab paste with bread was next. Deep fried squib, shrimp cake & green bean offered another delicious surprise. Clam & fish soup came right after the fried food to cover our thirsty. Baked whole fish. Stewed abalone with cauliflower on tofu was the next dish. Stir fried whole crab with egg & onions boosted the seafood feast to another level. The baked prawn on sea salt provided the perfect ending of this feast. Of course, a live of orange with baked sweet yam & a popsicle ended as the sweet dish. Overall, a seafood banquet for two just for us provided our best omakase experience ever. Anyone who love seafood & would like to have 8 or 9 different fresh seafood dishes for yourself or fewer people instead of a table of 8 or 10 people are highly recommended to come here to try yourself. It’s better to call the restaurant to make a reservation during holidays or weekend before you go Parking space is plenty right behind the restaurant. Don’t forget to bring cash because they accept cash...

Revisited to have another round of seafood Omakase. This is tier one $1680 per person. Indeed, it’s great with a lot of top quality seafoods. Started with a much better sashimi in a golden boat. Made with fresh Tuna, swordfish, salmon, & cuttlefish topping with salmon eggs. Stir fried scallops with baby Napa cabbage & enoki mushroom which were prepared & cooked perfectly. Scallops were pan fried just right to have excellent flavor & texture. The third dish is bread with crab paste (one of the signature dishes). Then stewed sea cucumber & fish skin. Much better than the previous stir fried sea cucumbers with vegetables. The fifth dish is a huge steamed mangrove crab with eggs. Straightforward, simple cooking brings all wonderful flavor, an unbelievable dish. Pan fried Fourfinger Threadfin (One Night dried) is indeed, the best choice. Actually, this fish is known as the best fish in Taiwan. Dipping with salty pepper would bring the fish taste to another level. Two huge prawns were shown to us prior to “ salt baking”.

Steamed oyster & oyster with ginger slice is another dish as a show case for more seafood varieties.

A bowl of seafood soup made with clams touching some fish meat which better prepared for more tasty seafood such as the baked salt prawns. Frankly speaking, the huge prawns taste much better than lobster with the firm texture & natural ocean taste- sweet & slightly salty. What a marvelous dish. It literal dance on your tongue in your mouth. Next dish is a cornerstone of this top Omakase made of large live abalone & black fin tuna’ s collar (chin). They were stewed just right. Amazing & unbelievably tasty. Which marked the end of this fabulous seafood feast! For any seafood lover, you can enjoy all these yourself or with your friend (s) if you come over here. Strongly ...

(From the US visiting family in Taipei) It's worth stopping by, especially if you're visiting Yeliu. The resurant is very clean. They catch their own fish and it will be some of the best and freshest fish you'll eat. We picked one and they prepared it three ways for us using the same fish - raw/sashimi, soup, and steamed. The side dishes were also very good. Owners/family is super nice. Service is quick and very attentive. I plan on coming back next time I come back to...
