Could not possibly give this place a lower score. Service was terrible with an attitude. For the afternoon tea set, 90% of the menu was unavailable and the one out of two choices that was available, that we ordered, was not even as described (menu and server both said fried chicken, it was a plate of three cup chicken instead). Each person is required to order a minimum of 250 NT, but when more than half the menu is unavailable, how are you supposed to order? (They only told us when we were already ordering.) There was no music, so the entire place was deathly silent. The pomelo tea was a teabag in a large teapot, so there was barely any taste to it. Overall the worst part was the service, the lady was rude to the point of acting as if she was owed something by us. Maybe they treat westerners better (I’m Taiwanese American). Worst 1000 NT I’ve ever spent. Will...

All were well prepared and delicious. By the way, the view looks almost identical to the other restaurant (we tested both...

The price is decent for the view, and food combine. The service is super slow, not bad, just slow on a busy day. But i did take some quality time with my friend and enjoy the view from...
