原本兩、三年前給五顆星評價,但因今晚的經驗,我必須更改為三顆星。飲食沒問題,還是優質五顆星,問題出在服務態度和店內超強冷氣直吹身體令人非常不舒服,各扣一顆星。今晚我坐在靠門前的2號個人桌,門正上方有一台大冷氣、左上方有一台小電風扇、左正前方立著一台大電風扇,強力開著直吹我的身體和頭,很不舒服(我知道有人可能喜歡直接吹身體,但我不喜歡)。於是我跟店員反應冷風太強直吹身體不太舒服,能否轉向或者關小(一般情況,若冷風不強,我可以忍受,我就不會反應)。該位店員連看都沒看我一眼,也完全沒回應我,只是很不爽地、滿用力地將大電風扇撥向別處。然後也沒問我這樣可以嗎?完全把我當空氣、當隱形人(這讓我感到很不受尊重)。之後冷風還是一樣直吹身體和頭,還是很不舒服。我忍了一下,看身體能否忍受那冷風,但大概過了三分鐘,我還是覺得不舒服,於是再問那同一位店員,問他是否有冷風吹比較小一點的座位。他用帶著敵意或怒氣的眼神瞪我(這讓我很不舒服),再用很不耐煩的口氣回答說"店裡的所有座位都一樣,都有冷風,你坐的座位算是風最小的了"。當下,我無話可說。我還算是常客(去過應不下3、40次),這話顯然是隨便敷衍我。事實上,我之前曾坐過幾乎沒冷風或風只微微吹的座位。另外也曾坐過冷風很強的位置,那幾次跟其他店員反應,他們都會先致歉,然後馬上嘗試去改善,將電風扇轉小或者轉向,然後再很溫馨地詢問我"請問這樣可以嗎?"我可以理解店的空間小,通風不好,容易悶熱,所以必須藉由冷氣、電風扇來改善,我不是質疑這一點,而是質疑為何冷風要直接對著身體吹以及為何要開那麼強?若將風向朝上或往其它空間吹(不是朝著座位吹),冷風有四處循環,亦能改善不通風、悶熱的問題。或者乾脆換間大一點的店面,做根本體質調整。當然光是冷風直吹身體這一點,我不會因此給三顆星,問題在於服務態度。兩、三年前那時候的店員,服務態度比現在好太多了。今晚店員還在那裏聊天"靠"甚麼的,漫不經心的。今昔相比,相差甚遠。建議老闆應多加強店員的服務態度。服務不是僅是制式化的"歡迎光臨"、"今天餐點還可以嗎?"、"謝謝光臨,請慢走"等,真正服務好壞是必須從與顧客應答互動情況以及當顧客有所需求時店員是否能及時解決來判斷。就目前來說,古月香店員的服務顯然無法達到標準,仍有很大的進步空間。最後,誠摯建議門口前上方掛著白燈籠拆掉,或者改掛其它顏色的燈籠,白燈籠不是很討喜的擺設。若老闆堅持要掛白燈籠,建議燈籠上題一些喜氣的字樣,譬如"福"、"喜"之類的。

以下是我兩年多前給的五顆星評價:

極力推薦!毫無懸念,滿天星!理由1:美食極品,高貴不貴,CP值甚高,物超所值。理由2:雖專賣牛肉麵,但口味多變,可隨饕客喜好,任意挑選或調整,牛肉可有牛嘴頰肉、牛筋、牛腱等,湯頭更有紅燒、清燉、四種辣度、花椒牛油、蔥花、酸菜等選擇,嚴然是牛肉麵多重奏味覺饗宴,妙不可言。理由3:麵條有兩種選擇,各有特色,拉麵剛中帶柔,雄健豪邁,冷冽香Q,嚼勁十足,彷彿是來自北方大地原野荒漠的呼喊,深深拉扯牽動著唇齒舌頭的古老鄉愁,寬心麵則柔中帶剛,溫馨婉約,敦厚軟Q,回味無窮,宛若是來自南方小橋流水人家的招喚,深情款款溫暖著過客旅人疲憊的心;若可有拉麵和寬心麵綜合各半,則南北互融,剛柔並濟,更妙。理由4:牛肉鮮美,嘴頰肉陽剛,細緻帶勁,牛筋陰柔,入口即化,牛腱則能調和陰陽,滿漢大三元,果非浪得虛名。理由5:湯頭真心熬粹,更是令人銷魂,欲死欲仙,清燉紅燒兩相宜,前是筋脈肉皮骨精華熬煮白湯,補益臟腑實質,後則有中藥引領牛肉精華直驅五臟六腑,一靜一動,靜如處子,動如脫兔,促使經脈充實,氣血暢通,渾身舒暢無比;至於那特製花椒牛油,好似核子彈頭,更是引爆那一整碗牛肉麵的所有物質和能量,達到最高潮,彷彿來到天堂或地獄,或往生西方極樂世界,只聽到無窮無盡的讚頌、哀號或默然一片,雙掌合十,阿彌陀佛!理由6:平凡常見的小菜在真心、用心、細心烹調下,竟顯出如貴族般的不平凡,色、香、味俱全,光視覺饗宴,就令人垂涎三尺,食指大動,分明是在挑釁那貪婪愚痴、蠢蠢欲動的唇齒舌頭味蕾,吃了一盤又再一盤,欲罷不能,尤其是那滷至深花干、皮蛋豆花,汆香蛋腸和煙燻豬耳,堪稱一絕,可謂大四喜,饕客必嚐。理由7:店外方圓30公尺即可聞到古月香,屋內木質裝潢溫馨典雅,散發出一片祥和之氣,耳邊則傳來醉人心扉的樂音,與美食搭配,相得益彰。理由8:店員服務態度親切和善,處處貼心呵護,男的俊俏,女的甜美,雖臉戴口罩,但慈眉善目,仍可感受到笑容,充滿著正能量。結論:本人有幸住在古月香附近,吃過一次後即被她給俘虜,毫無招架之力,一星期得前往貢獻銀兩大約兩、三次。對於此店,幾乎無所挑剔,除了幾項小瑕疵之外(主觀認為):(1)面紙有股異味,擦嘴巴或洗鼻涕時,那異味破壞了整趟的美食之旅,建議換品牌;(2)冷氣或電風扇直接吹到頭或身體,不太舒服;(3)音樂都是同一張專輯(吉他演奏),建議輪換不同音樂。小瑕不掩大瑜,古月香仍然是滿天...

The staff was really nice, even without a common language. She was really patient and attentive, even when I took time to order, needed to go to the restroom, or even gave me a paper towel as a bib.

I ordered wide noodles beef soup. The broth was rich and fresh (I think coriander?), the noodle was firm enough, complement the soft beef. It wasn't that spicy for me, but the staff nicely gave me extra chili sauce.

人生遇到花干無數,但這家花干可以得到諾貝爾發明獎了,本來去年十二月去吃就要發文,但是拖延症然後當時手機主機板報廢換機,還好雲端自動儲存,不過還要下載才能發文懶癌發作就不想幹了,沒想到五月去澎湖我的雲端硬碟又滿了出來,趁著上周心血來潮(或者說拖到受不了)加購雲端硬碟,又整理了十個月前的味道(12/9吃的🤣)。 話說那天公事進度嚴重落後,本來出發前還幻想基隆小吃多,可以沿途吃吃喝喝爽啦,結果沿途都沒有小吃🥹。到安樂這邊已經一點多,本想接下個行程,而且基隆就知道基隆真是非常難停,加上當時天後不佳,繞了小巷想說不妨礙大馬路車流(怕被檢舉),就想說這間門口怎麼放一堆椅子,而且開在一個老舊社區搞個文青裝潢,是有什麼熱血理念嗎?但當時快打烊,也沒人排隊,看起來好像有點厲害,好奇心驅使谷歌一下,應該不是看起來厲害,直接在他們店門口坐在車上打電話問還有沒有營業🤣🤣🤣🤣,沒有就要開走了。 後來發現這間店竟然是要排隊的店,而且店員也是耐心介紹,於是她講什麼我就點什麼,點菜失控哥豈非浪得虛名。而一般印象中最愛的花干都是隨著牛肉湯汁熬煮,之前大概就東引小吃還有吳興林家牛肉麵這些麵店算是心頭好,路過都會來一份。 沒想到這花干一入口就驚為天人,直接躍升人間食譜花干類第一,差點說以後吃不到了怎麼辦?還好基隆很近,但也是沒再去那附近所以一直沒吃,同行的學弟每次要去基隆都會問我說,今天會吃這家花干嗎?而且他們特製辣醬也是優秀,沾上去又是不同層次的東西了。 本來想虎頭蛇尾結束因為我只想介紹花干,但想想還是留給牛肉麵一個版面,因為花干太搶眼,導致也是上等的牛肉麵驚喜程度沒那麼高,不過平心而論這類紅燒牛肉麵也是有這些天花板,但他們家的不死鹹,而且還可以調整濃淡,選擇花椒牛油蔥花酸菜,算是很有誠意啦! 牛肉也是處理的不錯,口感上等,我點的是滿漢大三元,綜合牛腱、半筋半肉、牛頰肉(滷味也是這三件式組合),算是個可以跋山涉水吃一下的店,前提是你願意排隊的話,還好當天接近尾聲不用排隊,不然我就錯過一間好店啦!然後因為配菜點太多飽到回公司,所以連個額外的小吃都沒吃到😩😩😩 #古月香 #基隆美食 #基隆長庚 #滷至深花干 #花干 #滷牛拼盤 #吉古拉 #滿漢大三元 #牛腱 #牛筋 #牛頰肉 #牛肉麵 #汆香蛋腸
