林老闆非常熱情，我們抵達時已經過了午餐時間，但他破例讓我們四人點餐，鱘龍魚Sturgeon原來就是生產俄國人最愛魚子醬的魚😆。魚肉非常Q彈，軟骨更是特色，富含膠原蛋白，一魚清蒸、魚湯兩吃。竹筍飯也是特色菜。飯後老闆招待當地的杉林溪茶，讓人唇齒留香。如果幸運的話，會遇到店狗妞妞演唱「給愛麗絲」😂🐕‍🦺🎤

The owner, Mr. Lin, is very kind to take us in after the lunch hour. We enjoyed the young sturgeon meat in two ways, steamed and soup, and the texture tastes excellent. Bamboo rice is also a local specialty worth trying. After the meal, we were served with local oolong tea (Kung-fu tea style) and got the opportunity to learn the history and highlights of the area by Mr. Lin.
