A quaint little family-owned restaurant in a beach town of Taiwan. The beef noodle soup had a delicious full flavour and was prepared quickly. The price was also incredibly affordable. Would highly recommend for authentic Taiwanese cuisine.

佳樂水小吃部位於原佳樂水吊橋旁… 店前有一塊停車場🅿️可以提車… 所以開車來十分友善… 從外表看是很樸實的一家微微的年代感小店… 一入內店內用餐乾淨座椅是長長的板凳… 菜單上的菜品也蠻多樣化的… 價位上而言也親民價格選項也蠻多的… 下次來旅遊的時候再來試試看其他餐點… 因為今日目標是主要踩點牛肉麵… 紅燒牛肉麵$130… 紅燒口味的湯頭十分濃郁… 裡面有洋蔥塊及紅蘿蔔塊點綴… 可以加⬆️老闆娘自製辣椒醬會更過癮… 牛肉塊大小不一致偏小… 牛肉滷的十分入味入口即化… 如果要形容的話就很類似滿漢全席料理包牛肉口感… 而牛肉麵的麵體偏柔軟不同於外省麵的Q彈… 份量對於男生來說偏少一些… 燙青菜$50… 有空心菜及地瓜葉兩種可以選份量不算多… 青菜🥬會淋上少許肉燥跟蒜頭增添口感… 地瓜葉沒燙的很熟所以葉柄上偏硬一些…
