點火鍋說不要火鍋料要換其它東西店家竟然說現在開始都不能換 我問說為什麼竟然回我說沒有為什麼我們老闆娘說不能換 我就問客人不喜歡吃的東西 不能換那我打包回家不是一樣丟掉嗎？ 這樣不是浪費食物嗎？ 還有如果不給客人換那就請你們一開始就不要讓客人有這種要求 之前就很想投訴 室內用餐 單點我想吃的東西請店家幫我煮成一鍋 然後竟然態度很差說他們沒有這種服務 那請問你們之前為什麼可以現在不行 如果不行那就一開始就不要有這種服務 反應之後還說因為這個老闆就是這樣另外一個老闆不會這樣...

停車需找路邊停車，桌子自己用濕紙巾擦完還是黏黏的有待加強，餐點平平料少，一共點八鍋一鍋外帶，每鍋的冬粉量不一，其中一鍋海鮮鍋冬粉超多，一鍋泡菜鍋一小搓冬粉，海鮮鍋吃不完打包時順便要再打包加購的一碗白飯因吃不完怕浪費，結果回覆白飯外帶要加錢，點鍋時已經自費加購的白飯怕浪費只是想打包跟外帶的麻辣鍋和吃不完的海鮮鍋一起帶走居然還要再付一次錢，白飯一碗10元不多，只是感覺的問題，也是怕浪費了，難道還能回收嗎？我相信貴店也只能倒進廚餘，為何要浪費一碗我們點餐時就自費買的白飯...
