Veggie House — Restaurant in Minxueng Township

This little gem that is hidden in the university residences has totally taken us by surprise.

They serve both vegan and vegetarian dishes, and there are plenty of options including traditional snacks. We have ordered two vegetarian dishes and three vegan dishes, took them less than 15 minutes to prepare. All dishes came looking like a piece of artwork and taste divine.

The restaurant is literally a dining room of a home. It feels cosy and warm. There is a jug of free wintermelon lemon tea on the counter that you can help yourself to, and that also tastes very good.

The place is seemingly run by two young ladies. Their service is excellent.

We have been to Taiwan many times and tried many vegetarian restaurants including some at a much higher price range. This restaurant will definitely make into my all-time top three for taste, and top one for value.

If you happened to be in the area, doesn’t matter if you are vegetarian or not, you should give this a try and I bet you...

中正大學的學生又有蔬食新選擇了耶 位於中吃尾巴的蔬香是家這周11/21剛開幕 內用目測三桌，要拖鞋、坐地上，很像家庭式（因為有客人不便拍照📷） 外帶有85折。這週試營運送的小點心打電話是說炸薯條🍟，拿到是鳳梨醋

可能剛開幕的關係，有些手忙腳亂，不過我先提早一小時訂餐所以沒有等太久，就看看店家如何調整，想是可以在廚房門口設個喇叭或啥的讓客人點餐不用跑到廚房～

至於餐點我點了椒鹽豆包，最安全保守牌，85折後119，原價140。 飯有用心加紅藜！而且顏色搭配起來很漂亮，就是健康的家常味，原型食物的味道～ 有做過菜就知道要準備食材什麼的成本真的不低，就看學生能不能接受咯

結論：因為才剛開幕感覺還有很多空間可改進，相信店家會做得很好，也謝謝在...
