I would give this place 0 stars if I would. This was such an absurd experience I still can’t believe this happened.
We reserved for a table for 11 people at 11:30AM. We all showed up either early or on time and ordered one of the package meals that included about 10 courses (can’t remember the exact amount). One of the servers asked us if we were in a rush to go back to work and we said no. First red flag. Over 1.5 hours later, we still only had 3 dishes served to us, with one of them being a soup that was lukewarm to the touch. We started to become antsy because the food was taking too long to come out while all the other tables around us had gotten ALL of their food and they arrived and were seated way after us.
Upon the first complaint, the servers all started to avoid our table. Second red flag. The ones that did have to pass our table kept assuring us that “the food is coming”. 15 minutes later, still no food. We warned them that we were going to leave soon because we’re not going to wait all day to eat lunch. Management also refused to talk to us, UNTIL we all decided we had waited too long and announced we were leaving, then got up.
As responsible patrons, we wanted to pay for the 3 dishes that we did actually receive. They could not figure out how to settle the bill and were going to make us pay the full menu price of the dishes. Since we ordered a package, having us pay for the full price of each dish as if they were to be individually ordered would’ve made each one more expensive.
Since calculating the bill took so long (they were heavily stalling), they quickly pushed out 3 more dishes and set them on the table that we had already left. As it turns out, they intended for us to pay for the food that ended up on the table despite us never having touched it. We told them, “are you sure this is how you wanted to settle it?” Ultimately, they realized that if they did charge us for all of that, it would become an even bigger problem than the current situation.
In the end, we sat back down to finish the meal because they kept insisting that the food was already out and they couldn’t figure out a fair way for us to settle the bill. Management only decided to comp us the duck. They also claimed to “comp” the fruit and sesame ball dessert (which was already included in the package). We also still had to pay 5% of the 10% service charge when service was SO bad that we literally had already gotten up to leave.
Just a simple lunch turned into a huge headache. I highly highly advise against coming here. It is so poorly managed. It’s definitely not worth spending NT19,000 for a mediocre (at best) meal. If we had never complained in the first place, they probably would’ve made us wait even longer to get the fourth course.
I’m trying to be as sincere as possible when I ask this, but what kind of establishment is this?? Why treat any customer like this? Just because we weren’t in a rush to go back to work, it doesn’t mean you get to treat us like we have nothing better to do with our lives but wait all...

They even take your food at the end and push you to pack it up because they want to turn the table around asap. If you want to be rushed at every point then go here. 總結寫在前頭 -- 過年來內湖龍都是來給自己找麻煩,他們收很多桌客人,但服務跟不上。限時一個半小時用餐時間,光請人點菜就等了25分鐘,點菜怎麼叫就是不來點,上菜也慢,上完菜只剩40分鐘可以吃,趕人花招挺多(第一次見到讓舞龍舞獅進餐廳吵到大家吃不了),要結帳時找服務生倒是速度挺快的。

落落長的詳情 ================= 我們第一次來龍都內湖店,我之前平日時有在中山店吃過,感覺不錯東西也好吃,所以過年才會訂龍都來家族團員聚會。 但基本上這就是個悲劇,龍都內湖店貪多收太多桌,但服務生人數太少,服務跟不上。
良心建議:如果是要家族聚會、宴請朋友,別來! 服務差的餐廳比難吃的餐廳還讓請客的人丟臉!!
點菜: 預先訂位年初四,我們11:20準時到場,也知道只能用餐到12:50。 我們11:20開始一直跟服務生說要點菜,第一次請服務生點菜,她說:「要幹部才能點」就離開了;第二次我跟所謂的「幹部」說要點菜,「幹部」說好的,他先去幫隔壁點再過來,然後我們就耐心的看著這位「幹部」幫隔壁點完菜後又消失不見了。第三次再找服務生,請她幫忙找「幹部」來點菜,服務生說聲好又消失了;第四次又拉了個幹部說要點菜(此時已經是11:40 -- 坐桌上坐20分鐘了,龍都限時只能吃到12:50....),老樣子,說聲「好」又飄走了。最後11:45,終於點到菜了,我已熱淚盈眶。
上菜: 我們有一隻烤鴨是預訂好的,其他菜也是一些小點和一些炒菜,但當第一道菜上來的時候,已經12:00了,離趕人只剩50分鐘!
加點: 我們在12:25的時候請經理來加點(又叫了很多次幹部然後幹部都飄走…反正點菜就是超‧難‧點)。經理來第一句話就是:「之前有提到說last order是12:20嗎?」一聽我就火了,之前完全沒人提到;也因為覺得他們這服務真是太扯了,我就跟經理開始抱怨點菜也不來點等了25分鐘,上菜也慢。經理就說了:「不好意思,這是我們的問題,好,快點菜吧」,我了解過年大家都忙,但請多用5秒鐘多講兩句話敷衍我一下好嗎?
趕人: 菜來了後我們大家可是狂吃猛塞,12:45竟然來了舞龍舞獅團「跑進餐廳四處竄」....又在外面放鞭炮吵得要命。於是,我們都懂了,這是趕人了.... 雖然我對今天服務非常不滿,但平心而論,我覺得這招蠻有創意的!
沒上菜: 好險結帳有看明細,在12:50被趕人的時候,有道菜還沒上,主動跟餐廳提到這件事他們才劃掉。這道菜可是我們費盡千辛萬苦在第一次11:45就點到了的菜。他們沒有主動跟我們提到或劃掉,也沒有要上菜的意思,感覺很不好。
說實在的,龍都酒樓東西是蠻好吃的,這也是今年我們會在過年期間訂這間餐廳來家庭聚餐的原因。但今年這荒腔走板的服務,其實是在告訴我們:龍都酒樓內湖店(尤其過年)是賣家市場,愛吃吃不愛吃快閃後面一票人捧著鈔票等著吃。
