三媽臭臭鍋 樹新店 — Restaurant in New Taipei

I will never dine here again! This was the worst experience ever. After finishing our meal, we walked to the counter to pay and left. Suddenly, a middle-aged woman with glasses ran out holding the bill, shouting, 'Miss, you didn't pay!' We were dumbfounded, as we had just handed over a thousand dollars to her moments ago. It was utterly inexplicable.

Whether it was the owner or an employee, they claimed to have taken the wrong bill from another table. Such a mistake should never have happened in the first place. In the service industry, attention to detail and carefulness matter a lot. A seemingly small oversight can either make customers feel cared for or leave them with a negative impression. 昨天期待一整天的晚餐，想說運動完後外帶回家吃，到門口看到桌上有點餐單，就寫完交給看起來像是老闆的先生（穿的跟其他店員都不一樣），

老闆：外帶還內用？ 我：外帶 老闆：幹嘛填單字啊跟我講就好了啊（莫名兇？！） 我：還要加一包王子麵 老闆：那飯還要嗎？ 我：還要 我：請問火鍋料不吃可以換嗎？ 老闆：只能換菜豆皮 我：那換菜豆皮 老闆：是菜 或 豆皮 不是兩樣！ 我：那菜

之後老闆不知為何很不爽的把點餐板丟到桌上，後來還順勢收到裡面，當時門口沒有人排隊，我在寫他也沒來阻止我不要寫，自己單子放門口，寫了有必要這麼兇嗎？多加一份麵又沒有說飯不要，換個料自己話沒講清楚，從頭到尾口氣不知道再差什麼，要不是當下食材已經煮下去真的很想不要買了，在樹林很有名沒錯，但是態度不用這麼差吧...
