The best wine bar in Taiwan. The owner has excellent taste for pairing and the selections r very interesting. Its truly a magical space that I would travel far from city center. Highly recommended yet try to keep it as a secret.

2022.08.21 我們夫妻兩人六點半過去看完夕陽進店裡喝，正好還沒有半組客人在店裡，等於是包場，還好老闆很健談，店裡的環境滿寬敞，播放的音樂也很棒，還有很多黑膠可以挑，即使包場也很輕鬆自在～聊了才知道老闆以前在 Portland 的酒莊上班，後來因故回台灣，在 2015 開了這間酒吧，八月中才剛度過七週年～店內的自然酒種類也非常多，想點單杯也有滿多種選擇，不會只有一兩款 house wine，如果想開整瓶那就更不用說了！ 店裡以喝酒聊天為主，食物只有堅果、起司、火腿等小點可以選擇，不過老闆挑的小點品質也都滿好的，尤其是某一款（記不住介紹）加了辛香料跟血的 salami 很好吃，值得一試～如果真的肚子餓，老闆也不排斥你叫個外送到店裡吃 XD 或是去旁邊超商吃點東西再來也可以～ 問了老闆才知道，Qvevri 是喬治亞文，意思是陶甕，因為幾千年前喬治亞地區就已經開始用陶甕釀造葡萄酒，到現在還有人沿用這個技術繼續釀造。 據說很多人來這間店，都是進店裡買個兩瓶酒跟幾個杯子，就直接走去旁邊的海灘邊看夕陽邊喝，非常愜意～

Cookie, the owner, is super nice and knowledgeable about the natural wines. He's helped us pick out a wine gift for someone based on their tastes. Loved the wines we had there as well (a few reds, white and orange)
