我很久沒有點餐，連點都不想點就直接走人，我也做過服務業也知道有時候真的情緒或者工作久了，有時候會不是很耐煩，但是戴眼鏡這位小姐我已經不同時間跟你買過好幾次，你完完全全都沒有一點服務業的熱誠，我每次跟你點好像我欠你錢一樣沒有一次讓我感覺態度很好，但我都選擇忽略，這次的心情很好，只是問了你一句。 你就告訴我說這不能挑甜度然後我再為下一句那它有填了齁，雖然你可能會覺得我這一句話很白目，但服務業就是這樣啊，客人總是會有疑慮，你就直接略過我這一句話然後告訴我還要什麼？ 從我一開始跟你點餐，你的語氣態度一點溫度都沒有讓我覺得我為什麼要跟你買東西然後接受你的負面能量？？

我去藥局拿藥品我謝謝對方，那位美女馬上謝謝回來，然後接下來她還忘記我還有另外一張又打電話給我，請我在跑一趟也是微笑謝謝來謝謝去這樣不是很愉悅嗎？

今天快下午一點的時候去的，好像是主管還是什麼上級來，反正不管對店員還是客人都超級兇，兇小店員去換錢，然後就一直講電話，店員回來後要趕快做我的（因為等很久了），她就兇她「點完！！！」，小店員只好回來把剛剛來的四個人都點完才開始做，搞得我等很久，那個上級就只會一直在那邊講電話，不會幫忙就算了，還只會頤指氣使兇別人給自己店員情緒壓力，然後前面那個人的飲料好了，她也是在那邊兇客人「你的好了啊！！！」

然後講了好幾次要無糖微冰，最後還是做錯了變成正常甜，一般情況下我會覺得是店員的問題，但今天是真的很誇張，在孤木難支焦頭爛額的時候，自己人只會在那邊幫倒忙，搞得別人表現失常我覺得非常合理，需要好好檢討一下這個主管或是老鳥，這一星負評是...

今天下午點了一杯熱奶茶，溫度熱到沒辦法徒手拿，服務人員看見我很燙無法拿，還冷眼的示範拿起來給我看，但我摸就是很燙，我只能說每個人耐熱程度不一樣，店員小姐還說：「要不要幫你加冰塊」……我都點溫奶了，還問我要不要加冰塊，是在哈嘍?這是什麼樣的服務?? 我再詢問是否有紙杯套?店員只回答兩個字：「沒有。」，繼續冷眼看著飲料放在那乾瞪眼，完全不理會客戶問題，起碼最少也拿個衛生紙給我墊吧?不會連衛生紙都沒有吧? 非常不貼心的店家和服務很糟糕的店員！！！...
