The typically sized Costco store. Two floors, with groceries in the basement. (Basement ceiling is high, and lighting is bright, so you won't feel like you are underground.)
The escalator to the basement is quite hard to spot but it is in the corner behind the pharmacy if you are looking for it now :)
Service seems to be better than the average Taipei Costco: we were offered to wait indoors when the rain was starting to fall, and the cart was collected from us when we finished curbside loading.

The membership fee is quite reasonable for the value of everything you could find in here. The only problem is the money trap, you will likely spend a decent amount every trip you come and it is often unnoticeable. Obviously with good stock management skills that wouldn’t be a problem.
