The entrance of the second floor is besides the entrance of the ground floor. Found it by coincidence because there was no sign or notes around.

Ordered by the machine, clearly asked for sugar for my black tea but turned out they still missed it.

The regular burger is getting smaller...

這家分店主要以點餐機外帶點餐，結果號碼牌跟店員叫號號碼不一致，導致白白等了20分鐘。

侯餐區皆是同一位店員在叫號，有一組號碼叫了3-4次沒人認領，一度有想說該不會是我的餐吧？但該餐點號碼比我的號碼牌前面，該店也經常有外送員取餐，就還是繼續等，店員看著我呆站侯餐區很久也沒有前來詢問，後來是發現剛剛才點餐完的客人都取餐了，我才自己去問我的號碼還要多久，店員一聽馬上給我看放很久的那份餐點的明細確認，結果真的就是我的餐。

詢問店員為何號碼不同？對方只回說可能我拿到前面客人的號碼牌，回家路上越想越不對勁，因為我點餐時是親眼看號碼牌從機器印出來，而且想說可能還會印明細出來，又在點餐機等了一下，確認沒有東西要出來，螢幕也顯示「點餐完成可至櫃檯侯餐」，我才離開點餐機的。店員的回應當下雖然很傻眼但也不想跟硬要爭這些，畢竟我也沒有錄影證明，就只有手上那張錯的號碼牌⋯

整體上體驗非常差，看店員反應早就遇過會有這種號碼不一致或拿錯號碼的狀況，因為她完全沒有想確認我手上的號碼，直接問是不是旁邊這份餐點內容，前面看我痴痴地等也沒有前來一句關心或是提醒，等待許久還被飛進來的蚊子叮，回到家只能吃早就涼了的餐點⋯...

好不容易改裝好了，只剩一個人工櫃檯，然後四個自助點餐，裡面空間利用率有點偏低，點餐機台的位置機很難排隊，座位也不多，有點可惜
