First-time dining experience. Overall, the ambiance is average, with evident attention to decor, but many areas appear somewhat dated, with some fixtures showing signs of aging with moss. In the courtyard 🏡, I saw staff working, but it still gives off a somewhat neglected impression. Especially in the raccoon area, it looks damp and a bit messy. I'm not sure about the raccoon's living conditions, but its eyes look very innocent.

We dined on a weekday afternoon 🍽️, ordering a Double Grilled Cheese Sandwich for $230, a Cheeseburger for $240, and for drinks, a Fresh Milk Tea for $130 and a Matcha Latte for $150.

The sandwich 🥪, in particular, has a unique and distinct style, quite different from the typical sandwich. The bread is on the drier and harder side, and it comes with a side of lettuce salad and fries. Overall, the value for money is not great.

The burger 🍔 that arrived was thick and hearty, also served with salad and fries. It was ordered by my companion, so I can't comment on the taste, but the bun was muffin-like, and it was considerate to provide gloves.

The Fresh Milk Tea 🥤 can be adjusted with ice cubes and has a coffee ☕️ undertone, which you might taste with your eyes closed; it might remind you of a latte. As for the Matcha Latte, it's slightly bitter with a hint of sweetness, so if you like bitter flavors, it's worth trying, but personally, I don't recommend it.

All in all, it's a pet-friendly restaurant with a reasonably spacious environment, but there is still room for...

The service was surprisingly bad. Our waiter must be the owner's son because there's no other reason why someone with no social skills would be allowed to serve the public. Even a ten-year-old could do better. I'm not complaining that he didn't smile enough (he didn't once), but a waiter should speak with the same respect that any random stranger on the street would speak to another human being.

We made reservations ahead of time for our small group, but when we walked in the door, the waiter rolled his eyes like a moody teenager. Again, how old are you? If you didn't want us to come, you didn't need to accept our reservation.

We were celebrating a special occasion, yet we were told that we had to leave earlier than the closing time. I guess they weren't making enough money from us. We were the only customers, even though it was a Friday night. Looking back, I'm not surprised about that. Maybe there would be more customers if they didn't treat their only customers like annoying furniture.

If the owner had any sense, the waiter would be fired and we would be notified. The place is nice and the food was good, but the service ruined our evening. Looking through these reviews, it seems bad service happens...

Chicken Quesadilla is awesome with their sauce. Meat is really juicy in cheese burger. Creamy soup is tasty. In mixed fries, there are potatoes, onion, chicken stick and cheese. Chicken stick is covered with lemon flavor that is really great. Everyone need to try the cheese stick while hot coz it is super good. I don’t like the taste of drink since I am a coffee fans.
