我今天中午(週六)看到商家店外擺設$200商業特餐菜單（如圖），也未寫明商業特餐供應的時間。進入店內後拿到與外面擺設截然不同的菜單，全是$280以上的套餐，覺得店家此行為有欺騙消費者的嫌疑。 *根據公平交易法第２１條：「事業不得在商品或其廣告上，或以其他使公眾得知之方法，對於商品之價格、數量、品質、內容、製造方法、製造日期、有效期限、使用方法、用途、原產地、製造者、製造地、加工者、加工地等，為虛偽不實或引人錯誤之表示或表徵。 事業對於載有前項虛偽不實或引人錯誤表示之商品，不得販賣、運送、輸出或輸入。 我認為店家於假日期間不應 “只 ”擺放（僅供平日消費）的商業特餐菜單，此為公平交易法第二十一條提及的引人錯誤的表示與表徵，希望店家能夠改進。

一直很喜歡吃咖啡簡餐，但我發現現在中式的咖啡簡餐越來越少了，可能很難經營吧，第一次來新店的羅丹薩，以前常常經過卻沒有看到，旁邊就是停車場非常方便，假日的四五點人潮不是太多，打電話來詢問也說不用訂位，餐點方面選擇非常多，我們選擇了蔥爆牛肉，醬燒鱸魚，然後有三個配菜，還有湯，另外多加點了一個香腸，主菜方面味道都還算不錯，蔥爆牛肉有鍋氣，香腸我也喜歡，但三樣配菜就比較普通了，尤其豆乾不太有味道也有點乾….飯後的咖啡也好喝，然後又多點了一個花生奶油西多士，搭配咖啡剛剛好…結論這是一家還不錯的咖啡簡餐店，兩位男服務生態度非常親切，加上停車的便利性，我下次一定會再訪

餐點普通燉飯份量有點少，如果食量大一點的女生會吃不飽； 外場服務員素質很差，跟客戶應對用語讓人很不舒服，我懷孕中詢問是否可更換沙發座位跟換甜點，回答的方式讓人很不舒服，很不想幫我換；我有帶小孩，也沒有主動詢問是否需要兒童餐具，跟她要了，也只給碗沒有給餐具；上餐時，我桌上放著客戶資料，竟然就直接把盤子放在我的資料本上面，完全沒有外場服務生基本的素質，非常不愉快的消費經驗。

業主您好：謝謝您的回覆和誠意，不過使用者付費是應該的，所以不需要退費給我的😊 我只是覺得開一家店面不容易，但若是被第一線員工破壞了質感，就算餐點好吃，裝潢舒適，也都徒勞， 昨天櫃檯的那位小姐，需要再訓練一下服務品質，而且從我們入座到結帳，所以的對應都是沒有笑容的，雖然沒有態度很差或不好，但就是會讓顧客覺得不舒服，服務是很抽象的概念，再請...
