U NEED Bistro — Restaurant in New Taipei

Food was executed well. Tasted like fresh ingredients that we're cooked from scratch. I have the fried sampler appetizer. The mozzarella sticks for really good, good quality cheese nice fry. My wife had the risotto with steak, I don't know if I would describe it as a risotto more of rice with pesto on it but it had good flavors. The steak was cooked well. Overall a nice place at but perhaps a bit on the pricey side but this is probably due to the fact that it's a western restaurant and it has really nice atmosphere. But for the price I would expect table service, they take your order but from there it's up to you to refill your water and get your knifes and forks and napkins. I will probably return to try some of their beers and perhaps...

This is my favorite little brunch place in Yonghe. A hidden gem in my neighborhood. The food is always super tasty and I can tell lots of thought went into the preparation. The style and design of the actual cafe is very cute and creative. The owner undoubtedly cares about the details, it shows in the cleanliness and careful placement of everything in the cafe. The staff are always a delight to speak with. They always wear a smile...my kind...

夏天真的是餐廳的照妖鏡，有些看起來很舒適的店，一到夏天就原形畢露。他家就是屬於冷氣極不冷的店家，抽油煙機雖巨大，但作用甚微，整間店油氣瀰漫，溫度也直線上升。

本來想坐桌面比較大的位置（因為會點不少東西），但裡面的大桌沒開冷氣，只好選了一個有點風的位置。結果想當然耳，用餐體驗很拘謹，桌上的菜還要玩乾坤大挪移。

◇餐點部分

清炒義大利麵：擺盤滿難看的，食物較乾且油，但是味道很淡、香氣不足，吃來中規中矩，算是吃得下去但不會想再點。

火烤厚牛肉：中間空心，汁水不少，算是意外之喜，但味道單薄，雖然加了一片起士，但是救不太起來，也沒有品名標註的「火烤」氣味，牛絞肉整體不香。

培根燒餅：賣像OK，燒餅本身鬆軟，我很喜歡，但這牌子的奶油味非常勸退，超級膩，培根也硬到不太好咬。

鮮奶茶：不太合口味，而且上菜時店員沒有先提醒，手突然伸進來放杯子，被嚇了一跳。

德腸：是用炸的，價格非常便宜，但口感乾硬，想吃多汁口感的人會失望。

炸魚薯條：大概是今天最喜歡的，火候剛好，外酥乾爽，撒上椒麻粉提香是意外之喜。

雞塊：就過得去那種。

可能我們點餐沒有點在正確的道路上，私心大概分數在3.5分左右，這是參酌了環境舒適度、餐點的好吃程度覺得與售價不太成正比。
