Wulai Three Café — Restaurant in New Taipei

This famous cafe no3 at wulai waterfalls is a great place to 打卡。 seriously if you are from abroad and travel thousands of KM just to come here... A drink tat cost u 200 NTD is nothing lah. Please a cup of starbucks at SG is also the same price and never see you complain. Order 3 drinks and some truffle fries to go along. The atmosphere here is really good for taking photos of the beautiful waterfall. Have toilets ( yes taiwan has scarce public toilets and it is incredibly tough to find a clean and good one like this, there a public one next door but use at your own risk) at thr basement and the top level as long u spend a min of 1 drink per head(min spending requirement) u can spend 2hrs taking photos and vid of this incredibly beautiful waterfall. There are some tat complain of the bad service which most likely is during weekends where its more bz and crowded. Did not happen to me on a weekday... The staff lady even help us take a photo at lv 2.nice cafe ambience also. Overall dun be stingy if you are a visitor from overseas... Oh... The cat and kitten is a bonus add on... We went yesterday and I must say I’m really disappointed. While the view of the falls is absolutely stunning, the overall experience was marred by several issues.

First off, the service was downright terrible. The server who attended to us clearly did not want to be there, giving off an attitude and a vibe that made us feel uncomfortable. It’s sad to see staff members who seem unhappy and not willing to engage in basic customer service.

Next, the toilet facilities were appalling. It was not only dirty but also smelled awful. It’s hard to believe a place with such a beautiful view can neglect cleanliness in such an important area.

Lastly, the food was overpriced and underwhelming. For the amount we paid, the quality didn’t come close to justifying the price.

While the view is a highlight, the terrible service, unclean restrooms, and overpriced, mediocre food make it hard to recommend Wulai Three Cafe. It’s a real shame, as the location has so...
