布娜飛比利時餐酒館汐止遠雄店bravobeer — Restaurant in New Taipei

I've lived in Taiwan for 17 years now, so believe me when I say this place has absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced on the island. It was an absolute debacle to get a beer delivered from the fridge to the table: 3x what I ordered was "sold out" and the various staff had no idea what was in stock. Upon ordering, staff did not know, out of 2 people, who ordered what. A large order of fries came next, along with a pitiful amount of dipping sauce...when asked for more the staff didn't know if they could provide it. Fed up by this point, we asked to pay the bill immediately. 20 minutes later, we still hadn't been presented with one, so we left the money on the table, visible under the tab they had left us, along with a tip. Not a full minute after exiting, we were run down by yet another incompetent staff member who accused us of not paying. I wish I could give a place 0 stars here, one is too many. For fries and beer, a 7-11 has better service than this place, at a quarter of the price. Avoid if at all possible: if not, abandon all hopes (of service),...

I am not a picky person but this place left me disappointed, I had a beef risotto and let me tell you, the beef taste was bad, And the mushrooms tasted weird too. I only ate half plate because believe me, although portions are small, it tasted bad.

I ordered a set menu with a sprite, they brought me sparkling water instead, after telling the waiter to change my drink he asked the manger and told me that they would not change my drink and that I had to purchase another drink.. (what?)

We where a total Of 5 people and it took them almost 1 hour to complete the order, and it came 1 plate at a time.. my friend who had the pizza got her after we had all already eaten..

This place is good if you are craving for western food such as pizza and pasta. It also seems like their beers are unique and special so make sure to order some. Their prices are also worth what you get in terms of size and quality. The place is very cozy and their seats are plushy. I do think they have game nights since there is a big projector that shows sport games. They have English in their menu and they accept local and foreign credit cards apart from cash as a...
