Were introduced to try their specialty of aborigines food. There are multiple types of dishes in a plate. The food is simply delicious, some wrapped in leaves, millet with meat, similar to rice dumpings, can’t recall the names that they mentioned, along with steamed sweet potatoes, glutinous dipped in crumbs and fried, roasted pork, etc. I also tried their state coffee, appointed in 2012 as the state coffee for the president. They give a cup of the ground beans in a small shot cup for you to savour the fragrance of the coffee. The smell is strong and not sour. The coffee is very smooth.
