Personally the best words to describe " absolutely beautiful " .The traditional Taiwanese slow braised beef brisket noodle soup just faultless. It is one of the best beef brisket noodle soup I never had in my life. Every components in the bowl you can actually tell how the chef put their time and love into it. Furthermore with relatively low pricing and huge portion. Mostly impress me is that most of the beef noodle I ever eaten. Surprisingly most of noodle place I ever came across the meat in the bowl usually appeared to be poorly small chunky dice but this place that beef brisket are large long chunks.. pretty awesome! It is definitely worth it to give a go especially when you are absolutely starving or you consider yourself a big eater. The place also provide good varieties of cold sides dishes for customers as well. Best thing "homemade food "no nasty stuff。
Decor slightly require improvements but comparing geographic location it is rural town area. Location wise it is not a good spot but this place usually packed for lunch and dinner! I will not be too messy about it. Like I said at the end of day it is a bloody damn good Taiwanese traditional beef brisket noodle soup.

還住在屏東時就耳聞這間麵店。今天去屏東剪完頭髮後,已經到了用餐時間,又想起這間牛肉麵店。臨時決定坐區間車順便到六塊厝一趟,不然繼續拖延,不知又會過了多久時間。
店不難找,從六塊厝火車站下車後,往右轉就可以就可以看到店面。
朋友們口味不同,有人稱讚好吃道地、有人覺得普通,但所有人幾乎提到的亮點都是涼拌小黃瓜。
理髮師C 在幫我剪頭髮時常常會不自覺的吐露心聲、所以也常在跟眾多顧客閒聊之際無意間收集到些有趣八卦。
理髮師C:「那間牛肉麵店啊,我吃過啊!嗯⋯(沈吟了片刻),大概是個人口味不同,我覺得蠻普通的。」
「吃過那間牛肉麵已經有段時間了,不曉得有沒有記錯,他們麵裡的蔬菜放的是豆芽!」
(啥?豆芽?奇特的組合。)
「不過,一定要點醃小黃瓜!一定要點!」
這倒是蠻奇特的,牛肉麵店評價最好的不是牛肉麵,居然是小黃瓜?
小黃瓜🥒如大家所說的沒讓人失望。
主角牛肉麵,以140元的一碗價格來講,低空飛過。
Hou :「牛肉給的算蠻多的啊!」
嗯,然而湯頭缺乏層次感,香料的芬芳與牛油的香味並不明顯。反倒是醬油與甜味十分突出,讓我想起學生時期在台南吃到的某間不是很ok的甜膩膩牛肉麵。
讓紅燒牛肉麵畫龍點睛的酸菜在檯面上沒看到,不知是因為用完了?還是不放酸菜是這間店的特色?
理髮師C提到的豆芽菜是沒看到,然而兩碗牛肉麵均放了地瓜葉⋯
地瓜葉濃郁的草腥味真的是破壞湯頭的殺手,不放也罷⋯
另外點的豆乾、海帶、滷蛋、花生之類,沒有滷味的香氣、調味平淡,沒吃到也不會有任何遺憾。
總個來說,除非途經六塊厝,就來吃吃小黃瓜吧!若是為了牛肉麵特別跑一趟⋯
