七美越南大骨湯麵 — Restaurant in Qimei Township

The first time I had them, I could not think of anything else to eat for the next three meals! It's a Vietnamese restaurant run by a couple, Taiwanese husband and Vietnamese wife with three kids. They have quite a few of selection of noodles with soup. The food is light and the amount of it is fairly enough for another few hours. They also have some side dishes which are also really tasty. I have been there several times now and I have tried every dishes on the menu and I still love it. The little garden on the outside is very cute and beautiful! They open early from lunch to late 8, 9 PM...

The first night we got the sweet and sour chicken and it was so good we came back to order it again. They only serve it for dinner so, instead, we got a rice noodle cold dish which was also amazing. A very creatively designed restaurant, they have recycled ocean garbage to make pots, stools, tables, water containers, etc. Interior is very clean and cool. Simple but very elegant comes to mind.
